Very refreshing. I can see why it would make a good food wine.  Limited quantity/limited year-end release (shipped around November each year) Capacity & Packaging: 720 ml bottles, aluminum evaporated packaging to prevent ultraviolet rays . Sake & Acidity: Undisclosed (described as "refreshingly dry") - Aroma/Taste: - Chilled: Aromatic, refreshing, clear and dry. - Room temperature to lukewarm: soft aroma, soft mouthfeel . - Overall, it has a "smooth, clean taste" and is excellent as a food sake .

It has a gorgeous(?) sweetness at first and a very refreshing aftertaste. It has a sweet taste at first, and the aftertaste is very refreshing. I would like to enjoy it as a light snack or by itself.
