It is a very oozuri nigori sake. The four-leaf clover on the label made me wonder if it might be sweet. I thought it might be sweet because of the four-leaf clover on the label, but it was unexpectedly light. I drank it with beef tongue, and it was a great match.

The label is so cute, it's love at first sight! Wow! They say it is brewed with yeast activated by musical shaking technology. It is very tasty with a dry and light taste.

Spring-like label, I feel like I buy it every year. It tastes better than usual, probably because it was chilled to a crisp! I thought it would be more sharp and crisp, but it has a delicious freshness, like a fresh sake. I paired it with steamed vegetables & a little chicken, but I don't think it goes well with light flavors. It went well with simmered bamboo shoots and stir-fried mushrooms, so I think it matches the flavor.

The sake is firmly on the lees with a sticker warning to open the bottle. It was not so much as to spurt out when the bottle was opened, but there was a fizzy feeling. When I paired it with grilled po-pe-o saury, the sake tended to be a little too spicy, but basically it is not too sweet, so it does not interfere with anything you serve it with.

The bottle has a cool shape. It is a very light and easy to drink refreshing wine. I paired it with a white soup rice pot of Xiao Hui Lambs, and it was a nice match. It also went well with lightly seasoned boiled bamboo shoots.

I bought it because I fell in love with the spring-like label. My first impression was that it was gorgeous to drink, but it also had an astringent taste and was very tasty. I paired it with grilled thin slices of meat, scallop sashimi, and kombu-marinated firefly squid, and it was absolutely delicious.

It's still delicious - always one of my favorite sakes. Today I paired it with squid sashimi.

My favorite liquor, mildly sweet but not clingy. It has a nice aroma and tastes fruity, somewhere between pear and muscat. I have paired it with stewed beef tendon and Yukari Vinegared Tofu, and it is very nice with the sweet and sour flavors. It is delicious on its own, but how can it be paired with a meal?

A mild junmai sake with a junmai-like quality. It has a delicious aroma of rice and a mild astringent taste. The flavor is not too assertive, so it is very easy to pair with food. We paired it with sushi, so it was a great combination.

It has a fresh but not too simple taste with an astringent aftertaste. The complexity of the astringent taste makes it a good match for strong flavored foods, and it went very well with stir-fried chicken and mushrooms with batapon. It also goes well with octopus sashimi, which has a strong flavor.

It has a deliciously fresh and sweet taste of nama-zake. But it is still crisp and easy to drink. I remember that it went well with scallop sashimi. It also went well with the small fish almonds I picked up after dinner.

It is described as mellow and dry, but it is indeed mellow and yet has a great sharpness. It is an interesting combination of two extremes. Honestly speaking, I wasn't sure what to pair it with because of its sharpness, but I think it would taste even better if it were loosely warmed up.

It is fruity and I would say light, but the astringency comes at the end. It has a good balance and is easy to match with anything. It goes well with ume mayo lotus root, okra with sesame paste, grilled fish and sashimi. I couldn't find anything that went well with it, but it went well with many things.

A refreshing fruity drink. (I guess I've been choosing that kind of sake a lot lately.) Today, I thought I wanted a robust sake to go with grilled fish, but it ended up being fruity because it is unfiltered raw sake. Of course, it is delicious. The grilled fish is a mehikari we bought in Oarai and marinated in junmai sake. Salty fish and sweet sake are not a bad match, but not the best. It might go well with the pork cutlet stew we bought at Seven.

The aroma is restrained but the taste is imbued with a woody aroma, giving the impression of a well-balanced sake between fresh sake and mellow sake. It goes well with seseri and char-grilled momos (taro), both of which came from Furusato (hometown)! However, the flavor was a little too strong to go well with Hokke. However, it went well with a salad of Chinese cabbage and tuna that I made on the spur of the moment.

I chose a sake that I thought would go well with the sashimi, and it turned out to be a very refreshing sake. It has been a long time since I drank such a watery sake. It is not harmful because it is not so strong, but it may not be the best match for anything. I paired it with octopus, scallops, and negitoro (tuna with green onion), but it was not the best match for any of them.

Mildly sweet and refreshing nigori sake. It was so cloudy that I was terrified it might explode when I opened the bottle, but it was fine. I bought this sake because I enjoyed it at a corner festival, and it was delicious without being too assertive.

It has been a long time since I have seen such a yellow sake! The color of the sake is so strong that it even looks amber. It even looks amber. It tastes like plums with a strong acidity. I thought it would soften when heated, but it didn't. It is a very assertive heated sake. The alcohol content is 18-19%, which is quite strong, so the strong taste is understandable. It even feels close to a distilled liquor. I paired it with mille-feuille hot pot, but it was a strange feeling that I couldn't say it matched or didn't match. It is hard to imagine what would be the best match for this sake.

Sake from Aichi bought at a corner festival. I had heard that it was rather robust, but it was quite fresh and easy to drink. I thought it would go well with something strong flavored, but it went very well with sweet and spicy fried sasami. I'm not sure if it would be bland with an egg-onion salad or sushi. Overall, it was very tasty.

It is a sweet, refreshing and delicious sake. I don't like the Harushika super-harukuchi that I often encounter at the store that much, but I like this Shiboribana because it is delicious. It goes well with octopus carpaccio and grilled hanpen cheese. However, I wonder if it feels a bit tart if you drink it all the time.
