It has been a long time since I have seen such a yellow sake! The color of the sake is so strong that it even looks amber. It even looks amber. It tastes like plums with a strong acidity. I thought it would soften when heated, but it didn't. It is a very assertive heated sake. The alcohol content is 18-19%, which is quite strong, so the strong taste is understandable. It even feels close to a distilled liquor. I paired it with mille-feuille hot pot, but it was a strange feeling that I couldn't say it matched or didn't match. It is hard to imagine what would be the best match for this sake.

Sake from Aichi bought at a corner festival. I had heard that it was rather robust, but it was quite fresh and easy to drink. I thought it would go well with something strong flavored, but it went very well with sweet and spicy fried sasami. I'm not sure if it would be bland with an egg-onion salad or sushi. Overall, it was very tasty.

It is a sweet, refreshing and delicious sake. I don't like the Harushika super-harukuchi that I often encounter at the store that much, but I like this Shiboribana because it is delicious. It goes well with octopus carpaccio and grilled hanpen cheese. However, I wonder if it feels a bit tart if you drink it all the time.

This is the zeroth sake I received from a friend. It's my favorite Kaze no Mori. I drank it up deliciously before I could write my impressions!

The wine is a solid yellow color and looks very rich. The taste is very sweet and rich. Although it is not my favorite flavor as a stand-alone, it went well with aromatic rice, such as the garland chrysanthemum namul and ginger-scented meat and potatoes that we are eating today.

The aroma is a bit acidic, but the mouthfeel is soft, and the sweetness stands out in the aftertaste. However, it is not too strong, so it goes well with meals that have a bit of sweetness. We paired it with crab sashimi and crab shabu-shabu, and the sweetness of the crab was a good match. It is a well-balanced sake.

It was sold cheaply at the supermarket apparently, but it is very well balanced and tasty. I had it with shabu-shabu and it was very good and I enjoyed it deliciously. Very cosy and tasty sake!

This is another sake from Nara that was gifted to me by a friend. It has a fresh and fruity aroma and taste like green apples. It is delicious and easy to drink even though you want to drink it slowly, so it goes quickly and easily. I paired it with bonito tataki, German potatoes, and stir-fried mushrooms, but it has a strong flavor, so it doesn't lose out to any of them. However, I prefer it with something a little lighter and full of flavor, such as octopus or scallop sashimi. It is very tasty!

This is one of the bottles in the goody bag I bought in Fukushima. Although it is alsobeared, it is not too harsh. It has a soft aroma like Japanese pear and a refreshing sweetness like apple. The aroma lingers in the mouth and is delicious.

What a cool label! A Chinese poem is written on it. It is a daiginjo, but not too sweet and has a crisp taste. It is very easy to drink. I have paired it with many things, but I think it goes best with tuna with salted sesame oil.

A gift from a friend who loves to drink. Contrary to the harsh atmosphere of the label, it is fruity and easy to drink! But there is a slow astringency in the back, and it is the kind of sake that gradually regains its first impression. It was a bit strong with salted pork stew, but went well with smoked salmon.

Kyo-no-Hana from the sake bag I bought in Fukushima. It is sweet but not too sweet, so it is very tasty. Today I paired it with chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), grilled hanpen cheese with mentaiko (cod roe), and ahi jio with nori (dried seaweed), all of which went very well together.

The sweetness comes first, but it is refreshing and, oh my, very tasty. I paired it with sautéed chicken and grilled onions (both Western dishes, not Japanese), and it went very well with both. It is not at all alcoholic and is very tasty. I would like to drink it again.

It has a rich, mellow taste typical of Daishichi's sake, but it is not too strong and is very easy to drink. It is like an introduction to the world of sake made from the traditional sake brewing process. We paired it with a salty grilled salmon Harasu, and it was a perfect match. It is best served cold or lukewarm, and the lukewarm version is softer on the palate, but both are delicious.

I have had it before and it is still delicious. I paired it with mizutaki and sashimi, and it was good. If anything, the dipping sauce for the mizutaki went better with the sesame sauce.

It is a moist and sweet sake. It has a quintessential stability. The sweetness of the sake was well matched with the fat and sweetness of the duck we had just had.

This sake was bought with a label at the foot of Kumamoto Castle. It has a slightly yellowish appearance typical of junmai and a plump taste. The aroma lingers softly until later. It is great because it is paired with grilled saury. There was also a dish of ahi jogi, but I think it would be much better than ahi jogi.

I was a bit nervous about this one because the previous Tsuki-no-I was not to my liking, but this one is rather tasty. Although it is a junmai ginjo, it has an impressive yellowish color. The mouthfeel is also more Junmai-like. It has a strong and heavy flavor, so it went very well with abalone with soy sauce and liver, which also has a strong flavor. It was also served with negitoro (tuna), but I think it was a little too strong for negitoro. I was glad to have abalone, an ingredient with a strong flavor, on the table!

I bought this sake at the foot of Kumamoto Castle. I was nervous because local sake like this can be a bit of a disappointment, but it was a very orthodox and stable junmai sake. I paired it with the kaiseki cuisine at a hot spring ryokan, and it went perfectly with all of the dishes. It was especially good with fried and simmered flounder and takikomi gohan with seafood!
