The scent is light cemedine? Fresh on the palate! Some pizzazz... and a sharp aftertaste! It has a nice balance of sourness and bitterness 😊I felt it was fresher the first day it was opened. 65% polished rice ratioThe flavor of the rice is great. It's a very nice junmai sake.
