Aoyama's sweet rice aroma...sweet on the palate...good bitterness and sourness from the first sip! The sweet rice aroma of Aizan...sweetness on the palate...then good bitterness and acidity...Aizan is my favorite because it is a direct descendant of Omachi...The last gibier I drank had a certain flavor...but it was completely different! It's delicious....even if you drink it as it is....no need for snacks....no wonder it's so popular....yummy!
