The characteristic custardiness is almost gone, and a green apple-like fruitiness has been added instead. It also has a spiciness to it. It is a different taste from last year. We are invited to the head office to have a good drink after a not-so-fun work day. The head office is far away and uncomfortable, so we are bersassa. The specs are the same. We compared the different yeasts. I didn't know yeast could make such a difference. It is easier to tell the difference than the rice. There are different tastes.
