去年店頭で見かけて気になってたけど値段がネックでスルーしたお酒。在庫処分なのか2割引だったので購入してみた😅 1年経ってるから少し不安だったけど熟成感は無くフレッシュで甘旨。甘過ぎやろってくらい甘い🤣 だけど少し甘ダレしてるような印象。製造日からすぐ飲めばめっちゃ美味しそうな雰囲気めっちゃ感じる。

Although it is a honjozo, it is skillfully brewed without giving too much of an alcoholic taste. It has a moderate sweetness, umami, and a good sharpness, and you can faintly feel the presence of good quality alcohol. Although it is not a major brand, it was very tasty! One of the sake I wanted to try because of the stylish label❗️ A hint of pear? White peach? It smells like pear or white peach 😅 Elegant sweetness and almost no sourness ❗️ No bitterness or habits, and the aftertaste seems to disappear easily 😄. Newly registered brand. Since the sake brewer could not be registered, the new brand is "Aizu Otokoyama" from Otokoyama Shuzo Brewery in Aizu Misato Town, Fukushima Prefecture. Its new brand name is "Wa". It has a mild aroma. It has a melon aroma and a hint of sweetness like caramel. The sweetness that is not too strong is impressive. There is some acidity. The aftertaste is strong alcohol. A strong bitterness also lingers. I have a feeling that it will be excellent with Japanese food.

Corner shop at the mysterious cheese shop (2) Since the corner drinking at this restaurant is self-serve, we discovered an unopened bottle of Moridori when searching the refrigerator! I entrusted it to Mr. Nemuchi, a professional corker 😁. I drank a lot of dry sake at an off-line meeting the other day and I'm in the mode that I can drink some dry sake, right? I'm in a mode that some things are dry, so I drank it. It's definitely dry, but it's delicious with a nice sweetness and gasiness 😁.

Purchased at a liquor store specializing in Hyogo sake with mofu. There were many people drinking sake in the store and the atmosphere was bizarre. When I asked the store staff if it was an event, he told me that they were people who had come from Ozeki's brewery open at a nearby store. The smell of squid filled the air, and the waiter said he was sorry for the smell 🤣. This sake is brewed with salvia yeast collected by students at an agricultural high school. It is slightly effervescent and has a unique flavor. Sweet but cosmetic like no other aroma. A little nutty in the second half. I thought it was a little peculiar. After 3 days, a little bit of rum raisin taste. Definitely tastier than freshly opened 😋.

The brewery is more impressive for its shochu Ginza no Suzume than for its sake. Tasted and purchased. It has a gorgeous aroma and is fruity even when drunk. 1801 yeast is used, making it a sweet and fruity sake that is easy to understand. I wish they would release a fresh sake of this one. I felt it was sweeter and fruity at room temperature than when it was chilled to the perfect temperature.
