去年店頭で見かけて気になってたけど値段がネックでスルーしたお酒。在庫処分なのか2割引だったので購入してみた😅 1年経ってるから少し不安だったけど熟成感は無くフレッシュで甘旨。甘過ぎやろってくらい甘い🤣 だけど少し甘ダレしてるような印象。製造日からすぐ飲めばめっちゃ美味しそうな雰囲気めっちゃ感じる。

Tonight, our first series, Kikuyu by Yoshikawa Brewery from Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is 100% Dewa Sanzu, Junmai Nama-no-Hajime made with Kyoukai No. 6 yeast. It has a ginjo aroma between cucumber and pear, and the first sip is clear with a full sweetness, but later on, a strong bitterness and alcohol taste follows, making it dry and smooth.

The sake seems to have been bottled after the new sake unrefined sake has been roughly fermented 😄. The aroma has a hint of pear and apple.
