This is also a 3-day record. Chiebijin was not enough, so I threw in a small bottle. This is the pink label of Yatsuka, which I have come to like! It feels more rounded than Chiebijin. Delicious!

The brewery is more impressive for its shochu Ginza no Suzume than for its sake. Tasted and purchased. It has a gorgeous aroma and is fruity even when drunk. 1801 yeast is used, making it a sweet and fruity sake that is easy to understand. I wish they would release a fresh sake of this one. I felt it was sweeter and fruity at room temperature than when it was chilled to the perfect temperature.

Corner shop at the mysterious cheese shop (2) Since the corner drinking at this restaurant is self-serve, we discovered an unopened bottle of Moridori when searching the refrigerator! I entrusted it to Mr. Nemuchi, a professional corker 😁. I drank a lot of dry sake at an off-line meeting the other day and I'm in the mode that I can drink some dry sake, right? I'm in a mode that some things are dry, so I drank it. It's definitely dry, but it's delicious with a nice sweetness and gasiness 😁.

Purchased at a liquor store specializing in Hyogo sake with mofu. There were many people drinking sake in the store and the atmosphere was bizarre. When I asked the store staff if it was an event, he told me that they were people who had come from Ozeki's brewery open at a nearby store. The smell of squid filled the air, and the waiter said he was sorry for the smell 🤣. This sake is brewed with salvia yeast collected by students at an agricultural high school. It is slightly effervescent and has a unique flavor. Sweet but cosmetic like no other aroma. A little nutty in the second half. I thought it was a little peculiar. After 3 days, a little bit of rum raisin taste. Definitely tastier than freshly opened 😋.

The newest brewery in Kochi Prefecture. There is now a distributor in Osaka, but it is too far away, so you can buy it at the antenna store in KITTE. The yeast used is CEL24 and Super CEL24. Fruity, pineapple-like, and slightly effervescent. The first half is sweet, but the second half is a bit bitter. I thought it was sweeter than another product from the same brewery that I drank at a previous event. I guess even Gohyakumangoku can be like this when CEL yeast is used 🤔. When the temperature goes up, it becomes a little more sake-like.

It's been a while since I've had a drink, and it seems like I've got an engine? The third bottle was a bottle of Carrara Carrara by Clouds in the Mountains, which I had bought the label for! As the name suggests, it captures the sound of the wind blowing down from the cold windy mountains of Kochi, I hear, and it captures my imagination even before I drink it 😋. The aroma is sweet, with a hint of white peach. In the mouth, a light, fruity sweetness spreads first. What follows, however, is a crisp, sharp sharpness reminiscent of an empty wind and a slight bitterness. The sweetness does not linger on the tongue, but recedes quickly, making it very easy to drink. There is not much of a sense of microbubbles, but the light spread after drinking is pleasant 😄.
