At home. I️ watched the hot battle for the high school baseball autumn season Kinki tournament at the Wakayama Kimiidera stadium. On the way home, I️ bought my first "Imanishiki" at Sakeya Kagimoto in Wakayama City. I️ bought Nagano Prefecture's sake in Wakayama Prefecture⁉️. And today, I opened the bottle. It has a gorgeous aroma, a smooth mouthfeel, sweetness, umami, and a bit of acidity. It has a fruity feeling in the nose. It is not too sweet and has a moderate dry taste. My favorite team lost, and I was feeling hopeless about the Koshien tournament, so I thought I would be a little burned out, but it was very tasty and comforting. I knew it was Nagano sake, and there is no mistake.

A crowdfunded return gift! It's Junmai Genshu 17%, once-hi-ire. We had it chilled! It has a thick and sweet taste of Junmai Genshu. I don't feel much acidity, but It's a sake you can drink easily. The wife next to me said it was delicious with a big smile on her face😁.

I've been wanting to try some nigori sake lately 😆. I saw it in the store yesterday, went to buy it today, and was supposed to open it tomorrow... but I couldn't wait, so I opened it today and drank it 😅! There are many nigorizakes out there, but this one is Junmai! It has a nice crackle and a nice "umami and gentle sweetness" of the rice 😻🎉. Originally I was thinking of the 3x Domu from the same brewery, but I was so taken with the Junmai that I decided to go with this one. I'm not sure if I'd be able to do that, but I'm sure I'd be able to do it.

Sake filled only with Domuro-roasted rice. Slightly effervescent. It has a rich sweetness, but the alcohol taste is a little strong at the end.... The official online store of Endo Sake Brewery is formatted like a mail order site for health foods and supplements 🤣. Maybe it tastes better at higher temperatures? At home. The other day, on a trip to Aichi Atsuta Houraiken, I opened a bottle of the one I bought at the supermarket to have a little drink at the hotel. When I bought it, I thought it was a Nagoya sake.... But when I looked at it carefully, I realized it was Shizuoka sake. ‼️ It was refreshing and smooth, and although it had a sweet and alcoholic taste, it was easy to drink and the 300ml was gone in no time. ‼️ The second photo is from Atsuta Houraiken, and the third and fourth photos are from the next day's visit to the famous morning coffee shop Karasu, where I ordered an an-butter sandwich.

I bought two bottles of Nara sake since I've been skipping it for a while. Good evening, again for our first series, this time from Nara Prefecture, this brewery 💁‍♂️ KURAMOTO Ym64 SAKE-TEN 2022BY✨ This is a historical sake brewery, but they have changed their production in recent years to create a more modern lineup. They were recently featured on "Wakate no Yoake" (Dawn of the Young 🙌). This is the latter of the two lines, STANDARD LINE and BIT LINE. The taste also has a clear acidity on the attack for a moment, but soon bursts with a rounded sweet flavor and richness that is typical of kijoshu 😊The finish is light and dry and crisp, and you can just enjoy the lingering taste. I prefer the fresh one, but this sake has the goodness of aging and is very tasty to drink 😋.

Bouken-san told me about it before, and I've become a fan of Watashibune's new sake 😚. But it's made with 100% short-stemmed Watashibune. I think this brand is as good as my favorite Genmai which I opened just before. The aroma is like a grape🍇, and in the mouth you can feel a very thin gas and a gentle sweetness. The aroma and taste are well integrated, and the transparent flavor fades out with a slight bitterness, which is brilliant 😆. Today I paired it with a yose-nabe with agaric broth, and the complex broth of the seafood and the flavor of this sake matched so strangely that I could really linger and eat and drink forever... It's still Monday, so I had to call it quits 😅.

We compared two types of sake rice, Gohyakumangoku and Dewanosato. Both were to his liking, but the Dewa-no-sato was more acidic and better. I posted offline and forgot to put this 💦. First time for both Ippongi and Denshin. I thought I could buy them anytime and I avoided them because of their dry image😅. The top aroma is like pineapple and tropical fruits. The initial aroma is like pineapple or tropical fruits. The second half is quite spicy though it has fruity and soft sweetness. I wonder if the softness is due to the fact that it is bagged.
