When I go to this liquor store, I can't stop looking at different things. There are both hi-seasoned and draft Morishima's Omachi and Yamadanishiki, and there are several Nozomis... In the end, I narrowed it down to one bottle and chose this one. This is the first time I drink Koshinohomare at home. As for the rice, some stores say they use Takananishiki and others say Koshikagura, but which is it? Fresh, gassy and fruity. Juicy, like apple or pineapple. I was surprised at how delicious it was.

The label is said to have been designed with a snowflake "Grandpa Sujimaki" of the famous mountain, Yoneyama, which announces the rice planting season in Kashiwazaki, on a label with a texture of textiles associated with the hemp and silk textiles that are famous in Echigo. The last of the Saga Sake is Ko-Imari Actually I drank 2 kinds of Aizu Homare before Ko-Imari😅 I searched for it and found out that it is an Imari limited sake! The sweetness is quite strong. It's a bit heavy sweetness. I think the sweetness is stronger than other Ko-Imari sake I have had. I would like to drink some raw sake of this if there is such a thing.

I bought a rare pre-natural sake that I was curious about when I saw Mariponnu's post. And it was an active nigori 🌟. It was supposed to be a spouting caution, but the liquid level didn't come up at all and the bottle opened quietly😁. When poured into a glass, it is quite solid and nigori. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great. It's also very juicy and gassy. I thought for a moment that I could drink it quickly and easily after a bath... I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be good for you. It was a bit like makgeolli, so I served it with kimchi and Korean seaweed and it was a great match 😆😆. I'm sure it would go well with grilled meat too😋.

I bought this one at Kimura Sake Brewery after hesitating between it and Daishinshu. I have had Toko before, but this was my first time to try Yong. The top aroma is mild but fruity. As the introduction of Shusen-do Horikazu says, it does have a hint of cherries, doesn't it? It is dry and fresh with a moderate sweetness. A little citrusy? Sharp dry sake. A little too light for me? A little too light for me. After a few days, the dryness settles down.

I went to Yonezawa City during Golden Week and purchased this sake at Toko's Sake Brewery. Nyu is a sake that is only available in Yamagata. With a coupon I got at a roadside station in Yonezawa, I got a sake bottle with Toko's name on it. It is a dry sake with a Sake meter rating of +6. It was easy to drink with a clean taste. 1760 yen.

Purchased at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival. It has a nice tropical fruit-like sweetness and flavor with a tangy, slightly effervescent taste. Finishes with bitterness. I've rarely had Harada, but I'd like to try more. Even after a few days, it still has a gaseous taste, but the bitterness is more pronounced than when it is freshly opened.
