This is the first time I've seen this warehouse. The rice used is Maikaze. As the name suggests, everything, including the yeast, is from Gunma, and it seems to be an annual event. The mouthfeel is mild. It is bitter-sweet with a slight banana aroma. It gently finishes with a hint of umami. It seems to have a lot of depth. Well-balanced and cohesive sake. After a few drinks, it was quite late, so I headed home while eating a golden dharma bento commemorating the 140th anniversary of Takasaki Station. I will close my Gunma trip with "Akagisan" and "Funao Taki"! Sweet and sugary aroma like sugar. The taste is smooth and silky, and while it has a Gunma sake-like quality, it tastes more like a sweet sake derived from brewer's alcohol. There is nothing outstanding about it, but it is a perfect match for ekiben (boxed lunches), with its unobtrusiveness, slight sweetness, and crispness!

Peppery and delicious! I’m really enjoying this sip as I watch EXU Divergence.
Not actually sure when I drank this but I’m pretty sure I drank it with Grace and Eddy. I remember it being floral and refined, not surprising considering it’s a JG!

This sake is brewed by Umeshiki Yamakawa, a subsidiary of the major sake maker Hakutsuru Shuzo. In recent years, Hakutsuru Shuzo has purchased a number of breweries from across Japan. The Aomori-based brewer Momokawa, which uses Hakutsuru Nishiki, is also a subsidiary company of Hakutsuru Shuzo. Not much of an aroma, slight whiff of alcohol. Dry, watery and clean on the palate, with little umami and a slight alu taste. After drinking it, it has a light throat feeling with a faint sweetness. It is a standard shokuchu sake. For the snacks, we had stewed kalbi and root vegetables, mussel pickled in soy sauce, chili bonito sakutome, and baby star ramen with the flavor of kondashi. It goes best with sakabuto, which enhances its sweetness.

Izakaya a short walk west of Fukuma Station Sake from Shikoku seems unusual and I end up ordering it I drink it cold. Clear and colorless It has a full flavor in the mouth. The flavor spreads slowly. Slightly woody nuance when served with sashimi. It is good to drink with snacks or to enjoy the sake itself. The name is impressive, and although it does not have the sharpness of the flavor of a single sword, I like it very much.

Purchased at the sake department of Ropia in Hirosaki. Surprisingly, there are no liquor stores or supermarkets around Hirosaki Station, which is a problem if you want to buy local sake as a souvenir. The aroma is wonderful. The taste is light, with a soft, unrefined sweetness, a bit of bitterness, and a touch of sourness. It's Adohadari in Kamekichi 🐢. Please ask chika what "Ado Hadari" means 😊 lol The top aroma is slightly fruity. In the mouth it has a rich, juicy sweetness and a full-bodied flavor for an Aomori sake. A must have for those who love Nama sake 😋. I've only had Kamekichi's sharp junmai sake, so I was disappointed in a good way. It was delicious 🐢✨️
