Tenma Daijukai (¡°Tenma Sake Association¡±) This sake is named after Governor Yoshimura And an illustration of a mysterious person on the label Where is Governor Yoshimura? Where? It's a very typical mature, slightly dry junmai sake, and it's good warmed up. It's the type of sake I'd like to drink on a regular basis, but it's more of a souvenir. I misunderstood. I'd like to buy it if it were available!

Tenma Taishukai 2024 ④ The day before, I tasted Sakakamatsu from this brewery at a liquor store in Ikuno Ward. He asked me if I was going to the Tenma Sake Festival. I've been to this brewery and bought sake before. I think it was a brewery in Osaka, but closer to Wakayama and near a fishing port. I drank Junmai Ginjo Natsusei Nemuchi-san confirmed with the brewery that it was the same Sakakamatsu Natsusei that I drank the day before. Hmmm? When I drank it the day before, I had the impression that it was a summer sake with good flavor and drinkability, but something is different... Is it the temperature range? It seems too thin or too light 🤔. Summer Ginjo This is also a summer sake. Similar to Junmai Ginjo, but this one is spicier.

Japanese Sake Fest @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`) The effect of oak barrels, or something quite close to whiskey, but the mellowness and acidity of sake is also alive! I know it's just my imagination, but I feel it's similar to the whiskey akashi. Of course, if I didn't know any better, I wouldn't have thought so. I also had a bottle of Junmai Namae in the heated sake corner, but my memory is a little fuzzy on whether or not my brain was getting the alcohol when I got here! I do remember that it was meant to be heated, but that's about it.

Junmai Ginjo 🍶 Henohenomoheji 😅 All of it is made from Yamada Nishiki 🌾 without agricultural chemicals in its own fields. Fairly yellow, strong acidity, matured. Daruma Masamune-like. This is an apparently hard-to-find Akizuka sake. Since I had already had a draft of this sake before, I had to unlock the results of a terribly maniacal drinking comparison. I chilled it. It has a sweet aroma that harmonizes graininess and a sense of maturity. The modest mouthfeel reveals the clean acidity and caramel flavors typical of the sake's origins, and the full-bodied sweetness and rich umami slowly permeate the taste buds. It is delicious both lukewarm and hot.

Next is Tamahagane. What a cool name! I'm attracted to names like that. Kamitachika has a robust sake feel. The mouthfeel It has a dense sweetness and umami, and a slow-moving sensation. The aftertaste is a bit of alcohol, and despite the heaviness of the initial attack, it finishes with a nice acidity and bitterness. I am not so good at Honjozo, but this was delicious! Thank you!

Sake-no-wa Kobe Year-End Party 10 Mama-san forgot to serve the sake! The sake that came out somewhat toward the end of the party! I thought it was a sake I didn't know, but it was from the Seven Crown Horse Brewery! A faint and elegant ginjo aroma The taste is clean and refreshing. Fruity in the first half but quite spicy in the second half I think some people were drinking this heated 😁. I haven't had it heated myself, but it's not a modern type of daiginjo, so I think it would go well heated 🤔.
