Sake brought back from our trip to Niigata Sake recommended by the lady who was selling it. Very gassy 💨 Sake with a strong moromi Dry and crisp 💪. It's a nigori sake, but you can drink it with gusto as a food sake 🎵.

I was looking for a property today, but there was a sake store nearby, so I bought some on the way home! I didn't buy it this time, but it was a good sake store that also had Kuroryu and Hakusan ✨. When I opened the bottle, it had a mild sweet aroma like banana. The palate is clean and tangy, light and dry, but as you taste it, the sweetness and a little bitterness come out and it tastes like vanilla or caramel pudding! It is a delicious and crisp taste. Diaikiku packaged sake from Toda Sake Brewery in Chino City. (I believe they also sell it in bottles.) It is a regular sake that does not cost more than 2,000 yen for a bottle, but it is very good! It has a clear sweetness and umami flavor. I'll drink it again and again.

Another Ishioka sake after Shiraga ❤️. This brewery is famous for Watafune and Taiheikai, but the main local sake is Fuchu Homare👍. By the way, yesterday's group consisted of 1 person in his 30s, 1 person in his 40s, 5 people in their 50s, and 2 people in their 60s, so it was fun to drink sake without worrying 😍! We drank 6 gos of Shiroshika, followed by a whole 4 gos bottle of this 😆. Fruity aroma of white grapes 😆. The taste goes down your throat with a grape-like sweetness and a white wine-like acidity. It's almost a white wine compared to the Shiraga we just had ❤️. The richness of the wine is so strong that I could enjoy it with menchikatsu ❤️.

Tasted chilled. Mushrooms and umami on the nose. Flavor is smooth and mild. Umami continues with mild melon. Texture is very soft and finish is clean. A very nice drink.

It is high in cosmetics. Light and refreshing, but also soft and sweet, it is a swishy drink.

At home. The third Nara sake without permission - ‼️. Kita Sake Brewery is located in Gobo-cho, Kashihara City and was founded in 1718. My son used to play baseball and we used to go to Sato Yakuhin Stadium near here. This is the first time for us to visit there. The aroma is not so strong, but there is a slight sweetness and alcohol. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the sweetness, sourness, dryness, and the gradual feeling of alcohol. Oh, is this the ultimate in dryness? For now, I will only taste it tonight and wait for tomorrow to see how it changes. There was almost no change in taste after the second day. It is dry, but it has a sweet taste and is not unacceptable.

Miyogiku is a sake brewery located near Kashihara Shrine. I bought a Junmai sake and this Honjozo sake. It has a very high density of flavor and richness even in hiya, and the acidity is enough to go well with the drinks! It is also very well balanced in terms of both comfort and drinkability! It is even better when heated! This is wonderful! I bought a small bottle the day before because I had to buy a lot of things at Ise Jingu Shrine, but I want to buy another 4 bottles! Before going to the Kashihara Shrine, we went around the tombs around the shrine, and especially the Unebiyama Northeast Mausoleum was amazing! It was scary! Furthermore, although I must have been to Kashihara Shrine when I was a child, it looks bigger than the image I had when I was a child. Normally it should look smaller than it did when I was a child, but it was the opposite. I guess I felt the greatness of Kashihara Shrine.
