This Sake is a nice change from what I have been drinking recently. It has a sugary sweetness similar to a ripe muscat. There is a Medium mouth feel followed by a slight dryness at the finish for a clean aftertaste. Delicious. 😋

I was wondering what the same company that did Tenka and Shihu would do with the Meimon Shukai now that they've taken over the business? I was wondering what they were going to do with the prestigious sake associations, and then they released it 😊. Slightly effervescent, sweet and sour. Is it white malted rice? It's so acidic that I thought it was white malted rice. It also has a slightly dry atmosphere. It has a unique taste, but it is delicious. I wonder if the product for the Meimon Shukai that was sold before was Yuyamanishiki, but instead of using Yuyamanishiki, they used Gohyakumangoku to separate it from Honami.

Memorandum. This is another favorite local drink. Summer, After having accomplished a lot of big challenges in June for me. I wanted to take a breather and reset. A crisp, dry, unpasteurized sake. It works well. I should be able to get eggplant. It was such a good sake for the evening. Sasanishiki from Ichihasama. Suki. I prefer the green hode nasu in winter, though.

It is a local sake, but I first heard about it through "Sake-no-wa" and bought it at a sake store in the northern part of the prefecture. My daughter bought it at Fujiwaraya in Sendai Station a couple of times before she got married. Strangely enough, I could not remember any other person's sake. 　It has a fruity aroma and taste like peaches, with a nice sharp aftertaste. (Mrs. Fujinami's impression) 　It was too rich for me and I did not understand it well. It became easier to drink when I tried it on the rocks.

Summer version of hode nasu 🍆. First time I've ever purchased summer ✨. It's completely different from the winter version, crispy 😳 almost no acidity! I prepared a steak with the winter flavor, but I ate it with yesterday's leftover mansaku and ate the hode nasu with edamame and cucumbers 😅. Natsuta Fuyuzo works in the rice paddies in summer and in the warehouse in winter. This is my first time to try the KAME-NO-IO sake rice. 😃 It was very elegant, with a deep and delicate flavor. Plus, the mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing at the end of the drink 🙂 I paired it with grilled fish and it goes well😇. It's a lost one in my book 👍
