I've had a lot of sake in my fridge lately, but I haven't had the urge to drink much of it, so I've been away from Sake no Wa for a while now😅. I chose Tenmei, which I had acquired at the end of last year, for my first sake in a while. I'm not sure what to make of it. The sweetness and the aroma through the nose is amazing. Tonight I had a glass of 🎾 while watching Nadal vs. Tsitsipas at the Australian Open tennis tournament on TV. The slight fizziness right after opening the bottle, the sweet and sour aroma, the refreshing taste, it was perfect for watching a heated match😋. But Nadal's loss was shocking😵 I was shocked by Nadal's loss 😵 "A crisp, refreshing drink. The acidity stands out without being too sweet. I've been curious about Yamori lately. The other day, the wife stopped by a liquor store on her way home from work and bought some for me 😍 happy 😆. It has a clean mouthfeel, good flavor, and a nice aroma that goes through the nose❗️. It has a refreshing mouthfeel and a pear aroma. It's elegant, but not understated. It's a gem that you want to taste by itself without the need for an entree. A good encounter at a shop I happened to pass by.

This is the second bottle I got on my recent charity expedition. I looked at the fridge and this one was the first one that jumped out at me. The label is really cool (looks like American ARMY) and when I picked it up, it was my favorite Eikoh Fushi 🤩. Of course I bought it 😆.
