At first, I wondered what it was called. Ohakozakari?
When I asked him, he said it was "Juhachizakari" 😂.

The aroma is slightly fruity.
The mouthfeel is not light from the chirichiri, but the fruity sweetness of the 🍍 feeling seems to spread, but the spread is shallow. But it's nice and crisp☺Acid bitterness is also low.
If you leave it a little longer, the chili will decrease, but the bitterness will increase?
I think it is better to cool it down and drink it while feeling the chile chile 😃.
