I've had this one in a bottle and a bottle of No. 4 in the past, and in an old post I wrote that it's a really good grape juice 😚.
It's more subdued than the Arabashiri, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity and a juicy mouthfeel that is irresistible 🤤.
It's really good!
By the way, I'm in the middle of a fun drinking comparison post 😅I'm approaching the dreaded time when I have to set a date for my physical checkup 😞.

I heard that this is the last year for the Senkyoku Hatsuban series 🥲I got all 3 brothers at the end of last year ‼️ I put them down for 2 months, but now I want to compare 3 bottles at once 😄Picture taken at the same time 📸Nice view!
Now let's start with "Arabashiri" in bottling order 😊psh! I opened the bottle and was talking about how happy I was that it had been a while since I had had a bottle 😁 when it spilled out in a big gulp 😨.

The sweetness with a strong gaseous attack is balanced by an exquisite acidity! It is also fresh and refreshing 🤗If you mix the oli, the juiciness increases even more 😚It's really good!

We drove to a liquor store together 🚗 and went to a distant liquor store that we hadn't been to in a long time and got a bottle of unselfish Shinshu Kamerei 🤩 and then went to the liquor store we wanted to go to 💨.
There is it 😁 3 kinds of Genmai!
This one was chosen from among them 🤗.
Then I'll have a sip 😋Slightly sweet aroma, I guess.
When you take a sip, it's so rich and sweet. ☺️ After drinking it for a while, sweet and sour taste seems to be added to it. The overall taste is calm and balanced with a lingering sweetness that lasts for a long time 😍.
Quintessential Genmai 👍.
On a different note, here's what happened to Jay last weekend.
We had dinner at his father's place for the first time in a while 🍚.
Jay and his sister were pouring beer 🍻 and his father said, "I'll have one too ❗️". But I didn't want him to wobble and get hurt 😅😅 so I got my dad a ginger ale instead.
I toasted him and took a sip and he said "I haven't had a drink in a long time, just one drink makes me feel faint ☺️" and I thought "no, why not?
I was thinking "because it has gin in it 😲".................................................after some silence we had a good laugh😂.

Senkori did well in the first round, but in the final round it was a bottle of Jikin 👍.
Just by being in the refrigerator called "bench", they had an overwhelming presence 🤩.
In the actual game, they are well-balanced like a Japanese 🇯🇵 team with running, offense and defense ❗️

The only sake from Shiga prefecture I've ever had 😅 I was rummaging through the fridge at the liquor store when something hit me 💡 and I got it: ❗️
Shu-pon! The sound of the bottle opening is very exciting!
A slight sweet aroma wafts through the air 😌.
Nobby was like "Oh yummy 😍" from the first sip and Jay was like "Something quite alu-feeling is coming 🤔"!
But as we drank more and more of it, the deliciousness grew and grew 😋 ‼️ The mouthfeel was good, and the sweetness and acidity became a mass of deliciousness 😋.
We both agreed that this was a winner 🥰.

I thought I was drinking slowly, but I'm enjoying your stories at the remote party so much that I'm drinking more 😋.
The Senkori Arabashiri was so light and delicious that Nobby couldn't help but say, "It's so good! I think he asked me what I was drinking 😆.
I was able to get into Zoom with no problem, but the sound was tinny even with my PC speakers turned up to max 😓.
I had been using it for a while, but I remembered I had a cheap conference mic speaker I bought on Amazon for home use, and I connected it to the Zoom mesh and now I can hear everyone's conversation louder 😀.
However, we couldn't mute our own microphones for the life of us 😥.
I think I might have spilled some of our normal conversation 😙.
My memory of the second half is a little hazy though 🤤.

Well, I went back and remembered that my son started his new job in April, so I opened a bottle of Spring Sake😅.
It has a full-bodied, gentle sweetness.
A little bitter, but with a clean aftertaste and a good mouthfeel.
It's a happy taste again!

It's a seasonal junmai ginjo-shu made with Hokkaido's Comet rice, which is perfect since the weather has turned from summer to autumn, i.e., it's almost spring 😊.

This weekend I went to my father's house to see him, and on Saturday night my sister and her daughter joined me at a Japanese restaurant 😄 The second picture is the receipt 🧾 for the drinks and food we had there.
Then we went back to my father's house and started the after-party!
I opened a bottle of sake I bought on the way there and gave it a squeak 🍶 (I'll bring it up later).
And then we both lost our memories 😓.
When I looked in the fridge in the morning, I found that almost all of the sake had been consumed 😳 Who the hell drank all this? Who drank all this?

There are two kinds of labels, one is called "Wakimizu label" and the other is called "Tambo label".
It is 100% Misato Nishiki, 55% polished rice, 15% alcohol. Beautiful sake. Gentle sweetness. It is not unique, but it is crisp and tasty. I like it, but my wife doesn't seem to like it so much 😫We have almost the same taste in food, but we often differ in our evaluation of alcohol 🤔It's rather refreshing to have different evaluations of taste between husband and wife 🤭It's fun to drink while talking about likes and dislikes!
