Sake Future's cargo tag, a sake with high expectations
It has a strong sweetness, just like Sake Mirai.
But it is not too sweet.
The sugar sweetness is more like wasanbon than fruit.
The aftertaste is clean with some bitterness, so I guess this is what you call "light" 🤔.

Inomoto Sake Shop is a famous sake shop in Kumamoto that specializes in domestic sake and also handles Shinmasa!
Sake description
Based on low-alcohol 6513, brewed with a yeast from a live yeast strain, and second fermentation in the bottle.
It is light but has a strong flavor. It is light, but has a strong flavor.
It is so light that you can easily drink it, but at this rate, your memory of the last part of the bottle will become doubtful again...

We finally met 🤩.
The manager said he knew this group would be here so he put it on the menu👍.
Only one glass (60ml per person), but you can have it as much as you want 😋.
The taste is... Delicious, delicious is all I can say 🥰.
The sweetness is firm but has a sharpness to it, so it's not too sweet and you won't get tired of drinking it!

The youngest male member in Kumamoto.

Hanaboe Honjozo Long Aged Old Sake
It looks like this sake was brewed in 1988.
I was 12 years old when I was in junior high school.
The color gives it a matured feel 😁.
But the taste is very round 😳
All the corners have been removed and it's rounded off, but the backbone of the sake is firm and the umami is rich!
If you like darker sake, you'll love it 😊.

Heated to recommend a perverted sake to a young girl (in her third year of working) who went with me.
This Takacho has been aged for 3 years (maybe?). I heard it's aged for 3 years (maybe?).
It has a yellowish color and has a full of matured sake feeling.
The effect of aging and heating up the sake? It has a gentle sweetness and a caramelized taste, but overall it tastes mellow 😊.

Kenkunichi
This sake was brewed by a sake shop in Kumamoto for their 50th anniversary hanpukai!
The manager served it to us, saying it was not like Kenkunichi, but it was delicious.
Kenkunichi is a deliciously spicy and sharp sake, but this one... has a fruity sweetness that one would not think it was Kenkunichi if served without knowing it🥰.
The umami in the middle and the sharpness at the end are typical of Kenkunichi.

I had them drink 2 kinds of sake at the first one too (Hirotogawa and ???). but I didn't take pictures so I don't know the specs or anything😅.
The next day, they told me that the sake they drank yesterday was delicious (maybe they were flattered), so I guess the first step of missionary work was a success 😁.
Personally, I wanted to drink some more, so I went to my usual place, RIKI.
The manager left everything to me.
The first glass was a glass of Hirotogawa's Omachi.
As expected, he knows I am an omatist, so he serves a good one 🥰.
It's fresh, vibrant and delicious!
But it's also delicious with the acidity and bitterness typical of Omachi😍.
