I made a mistake in the order, but this is the last one. You can't go wrong with Daimine. I like the acidity. The food was also delicious. It's great after a long day of golf. Thank you for the food.
The Kumamoto series is over and we go to the whole country. Gifu's Sagemi. I often see it at Sake-no-wa, but have never had much of it. This one is delicious.
Second cup. Let's start with Kumamoto sake. I don't know much about Kumamoto sake except for its origin, but I drank a Zuitaka a while ago, so this is from the same brewery. This is the first time I have had it. It is sweet and tasty.
Today is the semi-annual sake and golf party. We were joined by Shinshin SY, Mexican Tequila, and one more high school classmate. We visited Kumamoto RIKI for the first time, which was recommended by Shinshin SY. First of all, Kumamoto is a place of production. We had a bottle of Ni No Yuzuru. It is delicious with a slight bubbles and sweet and sour taste.
After-party of welcome party
The last one is here
the first Takaji
Very strange taste🤔.
Light sweetness, then a bit of complexity, then bitterness.
Not hard to drink, tasty but kind of strange taste
And I was surprised that it has a lot of bitterness even though it's Yamadanishiki 😳.
The label said it was a blend of yeasts, so maybe that's why it tastes so complex 🤔.
Hi tomo 🐦.
I've been seeing this drink a lot at Sake no Wa and I'd like to try it more and more 😊But then again, you've suddenly got 6 kinds of sake 😳That's a lot of energy 🤣Do you want to compare them? I'm looking forward to it 😆.
Welcome party at the workplace
I couldn't drink sake at the first party, so I went to my usual after-party at RIKI.
Let's start with Kudokibe!
Sake made by polishing up to 29% Yuki-no-Mikami!
It's beautifully sweet and delicious!
Kudokidote is good, but I prefer Jr. in particular 😁.
The last two drinks at RIKI were put together
Tenth glass, Houou Mida, Blood Orange.
Liqueur.
There were only a few left, so we shared a glass on the rocks
Delicious orange juice!
11th glass - Kure Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi.
I've had a CEL-24 sake from Kurei before, but this was a different kind of dry sake 😋.
Not as dry as my impression of the old Kochi sake, but it was refreshing!
The all-you-can-drink time ended here: ⏳️
Except for the Houou Mita liqueur, we all shared 1 gou of sake, so we could still drink more 💨
Let's keep going 😋.
9th cup: Ko no Tsukasa Akikaze
I got the impression that this was well-balanced and tasty (my impression is getting more and more doubtful 😂)
I bought another sake (frontier) from Takashi no Tsukasa on my way home from my parents' house last month, so I have high expectations for that one too 😁.
More to come 🤣.
8th glass - Wolf Flame Junmai
This was an interesting sake 😁.
The manager said on the menu that he was looking forward to more of this sake!
It had a firm juicy sweetness and umami that I like 🥰.
I also felt a little bit of a tangy taste, so it's not for those who like beautiful sake 😅.
I guess this is the first house back here.
The 7th glass: Kirizukuba Special Junmai
This sake arrived when I was really engrossed in the conversation...
I think it was a dry sake with a nice sharp taste 😅I wasn't impressed much 😂.
This was from a brewery in Urasato 😳
When I come to RIKI, there are so many things I want to drink that I can't stop 🤣.
Drink #6: Sancho Ni Nozomi
I tend to drink it as a toast, but I had one for a break 🥂.
But it was out of gas and didn't taste like San-do 😅.
Personally, I like this sweet and gassy San-do 😁.
The party is not over yet🍶.
5th glass: Nabeshima Harvest Moon Special Junmai
This one also had a refreshing taste.
It has a good umami and is delicious though.
I haven't bought any seasonal Nabeshima this year, I think I'm drinking it all outside😅.
Off-line meetings are still going on.
4th glass: Packed sake Junmai Daiginjo Koshi-tanrei
I thought it was super light when I saw it on the menu 🤣.
Koshitanrei is the name of the rice.
It tastes light and refreshing even though it's a packaged sake.
I was not wrong about the super-temperate taste 🤣.
Kumamoto off-line meeting continued
The 3rd cup: Jyuseki Shuku Junmai Ginjo Aki-agari
I personally don't like "hiyaoroshi" and "akiagari" so I don't buy them at home (although I sometimes buy them 😅)
I don't feel much sweetness and it tastes clean and dry with a good sharpness.
The fried mehikari is really good and it went well with this 😋.
Continuing with the post from the recent Kumamoto offline meeting 🍶.
The second glass: Sentori Akatombo
It has the acidity typical of Sentori, but it's not as assertive as I thought it would be, and the bounce is nice and delicious 🥰.
I didn't (couldn't?) buy it this year. Akatombo
I'm glad I got to drink it 😁.
Hi tomo 😃
I saw the end of the party, but the people at the Kumamoto Off-line meeting really drink a lot 😅we would definitely sink 😵💫
Senkou Akatombo at Kumamoto Off-line meeting! Thank you 🤗
Hi Jay & Nobby 😃
I'm always surprised when I look back 😳 because you all keep drinking without changing your color😅.
This time we were drinking slower than usual so we felt better the next day😊.
If you come all the way to Kumamoto, you have to drink sansho 😁.
I had it opened right in front of me!
Nice sound!
The fizziness was so great that I felt like I was drinking champagne 😝.
The taste is citrusy and a little floral
Soft sweetness
Light and easy to drink, with almost no alcohol.
Would be a good choice for people who don't drink sake or for women 😊.
