Ninth Sengoku x Inomoto Sake Shop 50th Anniversary
The base is a classic SENKYO Kame no O.
Sengoku is characterized by its acidity, and this one also has a good acidity.
It's like a good fusion of a classic taste and a modern sake with a characteristic acidity.

Niida with a characteristic acidity.
This is another Niida-like acidity (not fresh juicy) and rice flavor
This is a taste that you may or may not like, but I like it a lot 🥰.

The 7th glass: Junmai Tamakae
This is the first sake of the day!
It's a solid sake that accepts everything!
I personally prefer it when it's warmed up to room temperature to feel the sweetness of the rice.

Sixth drink Kouei Kiku Sunburst
This is another sake with a distinctive acidity.
What are we drinking now around here? I'm not sure what I'm drinking right now😅.
The same sake was poured in the same cup, and the student who poured it for me said this one is Shichibonsyari... 🤔.

The fifth drink Goshiki Saiun Ashiri
The manager brought us a brand from Hokkaido that was recently released and said it was quite good!
Junmai-shu with white malted rice!
What kind of rice is used? But according to the website, it's Ginpu and Hokkaido's rice suitable for sake brewing!
Although it is made with white malted rice, it is not that sour, but a sake with a pleasant acidity and a delicious rice flavor.

The fourth drink, Sairai Yojo-no-Kaze
My colleague who went with me ordered Sairai, which he had never had before.
The elegant sweetness is followed by a light acidity, and then it disappears in a flash!
The name "Yoi-no-kaze" (evening breeze) is very chic 🍃.
It tasted better than the Sairai I had before 🥰.

The third cup: Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Ginjo Yamae Nishiki
This is a very popular sake at Sake-no-wa!
How could we not order it if it was on the all-you-can-drink menu?
This one is sweet and tasty with a strong umami flavor.
You can't go wrong with 🐢san👍!
I like the reaction of the students who are not used to drinking sake.

Fudo Comet Dry
I got the impression that this was a very dry sake.
I thought it might be light because of the comet used, but it felt surprisingly robust 😅.
I remember it was screaming to be heated up 🤣.
The first party is over now.
After that, we went to a Yakitori restaurant owned by a friend of Mr. Chidorisaki. I don't have any photos of the after-party, so I won't review it here 😁.
I remember Mr. Chidorisashi persistently asked the cute waitress how old I looked 🤣. ポンちゃんHi TOMO 🐦.

Mimuro cedar junmai ginjo Watafune-2
Before we know it, it's time for the last order 😅.
I ordered two kinds of sake: Mimuro-sugi and Tenmei.
I started with the Mimuro cedar... but it didn't leave much of an impression😅.
In my opinion, Mimuro-sugi is a sweet and juicy sake, but this one was light and not too sweet... tomoさんoffline meeting 10th drink
Daimine: The Coming of Summer
I saw this at the liquor store the other day, but I was worried about it and passed on it.
The reason I passed on it was because I was expecting to drink it today 😁.
It's as good as I expected 😍.
It has a firm sweetness that is typical of Omine, but it's a summer sake that doesn't linger 🎆.
It also has a sourness to it 🥰.
