Tsukiyama Tomonori Junmai Ginjo Nakadori Orikagarami Nama
This was indeed delicious 🥰.
The impression is clean because it is a Nakadori, but it has a strong umami flavor and is very drinkable. It has a freshness to it and is not too heavy, so it goes into your body easily.

This is the first of a series brought in by a vendor, Mr. Chidorisashi.
He brought it as a souvenir from his trip to Kansai.

It has a beautiful aroma, a refreshing taste, and a clean flavor. I think it is suitable for a food sake 😅....

Mimuro Sugi Grazie a Dio
Seasonal Mimuro-cedar.
Sweet and juicy, just like Mimurosugi 🥰.
This is light and easy to drink.

Shichihon-yari, Shiga Asahi, Ooragarami
This sake was specially brewed for Kumamoto's Inomoto Shuten's 50th Anniversary Hanpukai!
Furthermore, this sake was made to the specifications that the manager of RIKI requested (low milled rice from Shiga Asahi and a wooden cask for the yeast 😳!
Who is this manager really?
We will have a sake that the manager is very passionate about.
Although the rice is low-polished, there are no off-flavors, and you can pleasantly feel the rice flavor of orikarami and the lactic acidity of the sake's yeast yeast.

Aozora Junmai Sake Miyamanishiki
I brought this sake because I wanted to bring a sake that is not seen in Kumamoto.
I have not had Aozora since two years ago when I drank it outside (on a business trip to Osaka).
It is not so sweet, but has a strong flavor. It is quite delicious 🥰 and I feel that I never get tired of drinking it.

When Chidori-san arrived safely, honda-san asked the manager to bring that 🤔.
I brought the flower incense HANABI🎆🤩.

We held the Kumamoto Off-line meeting after a long absence. Due to various reasons, it had been 5 months since the last meeting.

Before the start of the party, Mr. Chidorisaki informed me that he would be late, so we had a 🍺 for the time being 🍻.

Hibi Hozu
One glass per person was OK, so we ordered one.
This is the sake I requested from Kumamoto's Inomoto Sake Shop for their 50th anniversary hanpukai.
I think I've seen something similar 🤔 somewhere...same as Imameya's hanpukai 🤔.
I asked the manager about it and it seems that the request came in around the same time and there was no room in the brewery's tanks, so it was shared by Inamaya and Inamoto Sake Brewery.
Chidorisashi-san arrived before the sake arrived 🚗 and since we were all here, we toasted with this sake!
The taste is... different from the usual Nichinichi, with an impressive bitterness. It is soft and beautifully sweet at first, and it has a hinohi feel, but the bitterness in the second half is firm and not hinohi-like 😳. ジェイ&ノビィGood morning, TOMO 😃.
