Fudo Comet Dry
I got the impression that this was a very dry sake.
I thought it might be light because of the comet used, but it felt surprisingly robust 😅.
I remember it was screaming to be heated up 🤣.
The first party is over now.
After that, we went to a Yakitori restaurant owned by a friend of Mr. Chidorisaki. I don't have any photos of the after-party, so I won't review it here 😁.
I remember Mr. Chidorisashi persistently asked the cute waitress how old I looked 🤣. ポンちゃんHi TOMO 🐦.

I like Chiebijin, but I don't pick it up very often because I think I can buy it anytime 😅.

I remember thinking that this was perfectly suited for warmed sake 🍶.

Houou Mita Mikumari
I got the impression that it was sweet but light and easy to drink (it should have been 🤣).
I don't often drink Houou Mita at home,

I don't think it's the one you drink in the second half of the meal.

Mimuro cedar junmai ginjo Watafune-2
Before we know it, it's time for the last order 😅.
I ordered two kinds of sake: Mimuro-sugi and Tenmei.
I started with the Mimuro cedar... but it didn't leave much of an impression😅.

Daimine: The Coming of Summer
I saw this at the liquor store the other day, but I was worried about it and passed on it.
The reason I passed on it was because I was expecting to drink it today 😁.
It's as good as I expected 😍.
It has a firm sweetness that is typical of Omine, but it's a summer sake that doesn't linger 🎆.
It also has a sourness to it 🥰.

This sake is a super rare sake limited to 8 people among the participants of rice planting at Hananoka Sake Brewery😳.
It has a unique aroma, but it is milder than the Kako we had before and tastes very beautiful 🥰.

This sake was polished to 22% and had a strong alcoholic taste.
Jr is sweet but Kudokidote is dry.

Packed Sake Sake Mirai
Sake Future's cargo tag, a sake with high expectations
It has a strong sweetness, just like Sake Mirai.
But it is not too sweet.
The sugar sweetness is more like wasanbon than fruit.
The aftertaste is clean with some bitterness, so I guess this is what you call "light" 🤔.

Inomoto Sake Shop is a famous sake shop in Kumamoto that specializes in domestic sake and also handles Shinmasa!
Sake description
Based on low-alcohol 6513, brewed with a yeast from a live yeast strain, and second fermentation in the bottle.
It is light but has a strong flavor. It is light, but has a strong flavor.
It is so light that you can easily drink it, but at this rate, your memory of the last part of the bottle will become doubtful again...

Imi🤩 Special Junmai Unrefined Nama Sake
We finally met 🤩.
The manager said he knew this group would be here so he put it on the menu👍.
Only one glass (60ml per person), but you can have it as much as you want 😋.
The taste is... Delicious, delicious is all I can say 🥰.
The sweetness is firm but has a sharpness to it, so it's not too sweet and you won't get tired of drinking it!

About the new members
The youngest male member in Kumamoto.
He is a colleague of mine from my office where we always go out for drinks, and a high school junior of the manager of RIKI.
He is already acquainted with the manager.

Hanaboe Honjozo Long Aged Old Sake
It looks like this sake was brewed in 1988.
I was 12 years old when I was in junior high school.
The color gives it a matured feel 😁.
But the taste is very round 😳
All the corners have been removed and it's rounded off, but the backbone of the sake is firm and the umami is rich!
If you like darker sake, you'll love it 😊.

This Takacho has been aged for 3 years (maybe?). I heard it's aged for 3 years (maybe?).
It has a yellowish color and has a full of matured sake feeling.
The effect of aging and heating up the sake? It has a gentle sweetness and a caramelized taste, but overall it tastes mellow 😊.
