Nito二兎とKTとあいちのおこめ2025純米原酒生酒 WOMA gift from my son in Nagoya. Junmai-shu made with only 77% polished Yume-Ginko, Aichi's sake rice. This is a collaboration project between farmer KT, three breweries in Aichi, Maruishi in Okazaki, Gigi in Owari, and Shikishima in Chita. It is interesting to know about Aichi. Like Nitoshi, the aroma is fruity despite being junmai, and the sweetness is strongly felt and tastes good, but depending on the accompaniment, the bitterness may appear. It is refreshing and delicious. It was a wonderful sake. ばんばんぶーThe gasiness, alcoholic aroma, and juicy sweetness come, then cut off by bitterness.
If the alcohol aroma was a little weaker, this one would have been the best, but it was a close call. ばんばんぶーA little gasiness, sweetness and acidity, then it fluffily disappears.
The differences from the Narukami I drank earlier are
The sweetness is stronger.
No bitterness in the aftertaste

The taste is slightly gaseous, followed by a faint sweetness and sourness, with an unassertive bitter aftertaste that disappears softly. ばんばんぶーAfter a soft sweetness, it seems to be refreshed by a lactic acid-derived-like aroma and acidity.
I thought I might have had this before, so I looked at past postings and found a brand with the same name from around May ... .

I took a paid weekday off.

I also went to the ward office to renew my number card (🪪).
After that, I went to a nearby sushi restaurant for lunch for 1,000 yen.

The sweetness is almost simultaneous with a hint of alcohol, which finishes off the aftertaste in spite of the intensity of the sweetness.
It's cheap and very cosy.... The aftertaste is also spicy, which is just the way I like it!

As fall is deepening 🍂 and it is easy to get tired today, I will try my best to rest moderately 😴 drink moderately 🥂 and post at a leisurely pace 😊. CozyI have been a fan of this sake since I first encountered it a few years ago at "Jushido Sakurada" in Nagoya.
It is a sake with a fresh, muscat-like aroma, which is unique to Omine, followed by the delicious taste of rice. It has a slightly sweet taste, but the moderate acidity is pleasant, and I always find myself groaning every time I drink it, thinking that it is an excellent sake for a meal. ばんばんぶーSoft sweetness, aroma and acidity that seems to be derived from lactic acid.
A slight tingle of alcohol in the aftertaste.
The taste is dry but has a classical feel due to the lactic acid-like aroma. CozyThe mouthfeel is a little fruity and light. It has the umami flavor of junmai sake, sweetness, clarity, softness, and a bit light and dry ❓It seems to disappear in the mouth.
Maybe I felt it was too spicy after enjoying Kaze no Mori (-...;)
