This series is expensive and usually hard to afford. It has a full-bodied sweetness, followed by sourness and a hint of bitterness. The 13% alcohol content is not at all stimulating, and combined with the acidity, it tastes like a honey lemon. I would like it to be a little less sweet, but I think that would make the acidity stand out too much. I think this is the best balance.

Kukai by Kangiku. It is a summer sake. Unfiltered raw sake of .... It is full of freshness, as is typical for a nama-shu. When the bottle is just opened, it has a gaseous feeling and It is very fresh. After a few hours it will settle down and become sweet and juicy. Delicious 🙏. Price: ¥1760 (720ml)

Not as sweet as I thought it would be, I don't find it to be too unctuous 😋. When the temperature range goes up, it becomes sweet and sweet 😋⤴️ I wish it had a little more gas 😙. It's not like a kijoshu, but it's sweet and light bodied 🥂. The sweetness seems strong at first, but then it lands softly and is cut off by a lingering taste of alcohol and bitterness. I think the reason why the sweetness at first is rather strong, but then it lands softly is because of the acidity mixed in with the sweetness in a perfect balance. Personally, I didn't feel the acidity at all, but it might appear a little when it fluffs up after the sweetness. It's just a little bit. It is a perfect balance. It is one of the few sweet wines that my wife liked, so I made a note of it.

It was in rare stock at Horiichi, so I bought it immediately! Gentle sweetness and acidity, with a slight scent of alcohol in the aftertaste. Maybe the acidity is more pronounced than when I drank it before? I also felt more alcohol than bitterness. In any case, it is well-balanced and delicious!

Gentle sweetness and sourness with a bitter aftertaste and a hint of alcohol. With only 13% alcohol by volume, it is light and easy to drink. I have only tasted low-priced Takasami, but I have the impression that there are many spicy and easy-to-drink products in their lineup.

I'm sorry I opened the bottle without reading the hanging instructions and not knowing that I had to first puncture the stopper to release the gas: 🙇🏻‍♂️ You're lucky it didn't spill ☺. ■Top Clarification. I didn't feel the gasiness as much as I was warned to open the bottle, and it seemed dry with a slight bitterness all the way through. Is this the one that tastes completely different when shaken ...? After shaking The gaseous sensation is not as strong as expected, and is only faintly felt ... . The bitterness I felt in the supernatant is not so much due to the effect of the lees, but it can be easily drunk without feeling it. The theory that nigori sake tastes better when shaken continues to hold true.

It's been a long time since I've had an instrumental Masamune. Compared to the previous one, it seems to have lost the rummy feeling and the aftertaste of alcohol stimulation has become gentler (the aroma comes in a fluffy way). Personally, I like the type of aftertaste that goes away quickly without relying on sourness or bitterness, so I think it is closer to my taste.
