Enjoying the autumn atmosphere of Nagoya city, we went to a liquor store 🚙💨💨. This Black Label is a medium-brew, so it's freshly squeezed out of the bottle. The color of the label might make you think it's a dry sake, but it's the complete opposite: it's a good sake that you can drink in large gulps! At first, it had a melon-like aroma, but after opening the bottle for a while, the tropical ripe pineapple aroma and flavor came in with a fruity and fresh taste, and the acidity was just the way I like it. I was very satisfied with its good cost performance!

Attracted by the low alcohol content of 12% and the sake content of minus 20, I could not resist the urge to try it! It has a fruity aroma and a fresh and watery mouthfeel! I did not feel the sweetness of minus 20 strongly, and even felt a little spicy at the finish... It gave me the impression of a well-made sake. It is a drink that can be drunk in large quantities, so be careful 👀.

It has been a long time since I have had sake! I've been into craft gin lately, so I haven't had sake in a while (-...;) I actually had a couple of Kido and Omine last night at a bar with friends and thought it was the best sake I had ever tasted. I immediately went to the store (Shusendo Horiichi) on Sunday and bought this bottle! It is fresh and has a melon flavor at first, and when you taste it, it is refreshing and clean........................................but the end result is a little spicy.

As usual, it has a fresh melon-like aroma and a slightly sweet mouthfeel. The wine has a pleasant petit gas sensation...the refreshing acidity is close to my favorite wine, and the overall balance is very good!

The third bottle for lunchtime drinking is Akabu. The mouthfeel is fruity, with a hint of peach and flowery aroma, but the flavor is stable and full in the mouth. It has a fresh, acidic and sweet flavor that is typical of junmai sake, but it has a wonderful lightness and balance that makes it easy to pair with any dish!

The first sake for lunchtime drinking The deep flavor, richness and sharpness of this 100% Yamada-Nishiki sake is light and dry, and was a perfect match for the sea urchin! The brewery does not distribute it to the general public. It is said to be a hidden sake only available at the brewery in the fall!

I have been a fan of this sake since I first encountered it a few years ago at "Jushido Sakurada" in Nagoya. It is a sake with a fresh, muscat-like aroma, which is unique to Omine, followed by the delicious taste of rice. It has a slightly sweet taste, but the moderate acidity is pleasant, and I always find myself groaning every time I drink it, thinking that it is an excellent sake for a meal.

The mouthfeel is a little fruity and light. It has the umami flavor of junmai sake, sweetness, clarity, softness, and a bit light and dry ❓It seems to disappear in the mouth. Maybe I felt it was too spicy after enjoying Kaze no Mori (-...;) I think I can keep drinking Yamanoi 70 without getting tired of it!

I have been into gin recently and this is my first sake in a while! Fruity aroma reminiscent of pineapple and melon. The taste has a gentle, rich sweetness and umami with a pleasant gasiness and minerality. ‼️ It goes down well!

Elegant taste, light without clutter, but mouthfeel with a touch of alcohol at the end (15.5°). The fullness is considerable, and on the second day the mouthfeel changes quite fruity, different from when the bottle was opened! (melon and pear❓) The cool taste makes it a delicious sake that you will not get tired of drinking.

Cool summery looking bottle 🧴. First attack that makes you think it is a sparkling wine! Personally, I like it. lol. It has a great freshness and gassy feeling coming off the nose, and at the same time, the alcohol feeling covered with a faint melon aroma is really pleasant! Anyway, it has a strong watery feeling and can be drunk quickly.

I bought it immediately because it was described as larger and more flavorful than Miyamanishiki, which I prefer! The melon aroma starts with the suit, and soon you can taste the spiciness from the 16% alcohol content, but the freshness, strong umami, and a little acidity blend well together and make for a refreshing drink. The melon aroma and the alcohol taste are again in the nose at the end.

It's extremely hot again today (...;) We are drinking summer sake at home! The fresh aroma of melon and watermelon with a light flavor comes through the nose and makes you feel fruity, while the strong umami, alcohol and acidity finish. The spiciness of 15 degrees alcohol is not unpleasant and refreshing, and I fully enjoyed the summer sake character.

Fresh first impression reminiscent of pears and berries! I have the impression that the wine is leaning towards floral aromas and some spice nuances, and I also feel botanicals like gin. You can feel the aroma and taste the freshness, and the acidity is very pleasant. It is not too sweet, so I was impressed by the sommelier who chose it as a good match for French cuisine.

I was so impressed with the new Masa! The aroma is floral, almost apple-like, with a gentle mouthfeel. It is cool and sweet, but not unpleasantly sweet, with a soft acidity that lingers for a long time. It is difficult to describe the deep flavor of this sake, which seems to be infinitely drinkable (-...;)
