Good morning, Shingo-san. A few years ago, a bottle of brewer's kuheiji was one of the things that shocked and changed me. Before that, I used to think that if it wasn't a traditional Ginjo or Daiginjo, it wasn't sake. Now it is one of my favorites. 😊
