The noodles were short, not firm 🥺 and not soggy 😞 The beef was firm, herbal 😙 and tasted ok.

The moment it enters the mouth, it gives the impression of being clean and dry!
The fresh apple-like flavor spreads after that, and the balance of sweetness and acidity is exquisite.

As the temperature gets tepid, you can taste the flavor of the rice, but it's not cloying and it tastes even better ✨.
