Followed by Omachi of Kafuda Sake: ‼️ Surprisingly less sweet than Dewa Sanzan😋 I think. Well, it's delicious 👍 You can rest assured that no matter which one you buy, you won't be disappointed 😋. But still, I can't tell which one I'm drinking when I take turns drinking them in a drinking contest...and then they run out in 2 days😅.

Packaged sake compared the weekend before last: ‼️ I tend to post late these days 😅I guess it's partly because it's getting tedious 😆. And this sake ‼️ It was so good that I ran out of both bottles in 2 days 😱. From Dewa Sanzan Needless to say, the taste is sweet but nicely balanced with a nice sourness 😋 Too much to drink!

Gentle sweetness and an assertive acidity compared to the sweetness. Later, the aroma of alcohol comes in with a twang, and it feels like it is cut off. Throughout the whole bottle, a sense of maturity is felt. I can also taste the flavor of the rice. The reasonable price is also a plus.

But the gastroscopy is always painful no matter how many times I've had it 😫Surprised it was a beautiful young female doctor 🤣. But my stomach is clean, no problem 👍 And I got paid today, so I'm taking the kids to a baseball game: ‼️ I had high hopes for the Dragons this year, but after watching their terrible leadership, I feel like I've given up on them again this year 😆The hidden top hitter is now #8 and the catcher was changed in the middle of the inning😱The #4 hitter until last year was kept in the 2nd team😱Does this manager really know anything about professional baseball? Refreshingly sweet and gassy, like a rummy. The aftertaste is refreshing and wonderfully clean without any sourness, alcoholiness, bitterness, etc. that might cut through the sweetness. It was also strange that the taste did not change even at room temperature, but at any rate, it was a very tasty sake. I am also glad that the price is relatively reasonable!

Zhuyin's raw sake that we drank on Monday: ‼️ I've had the hi-ire before, so I already know it's good👍. I think the sweetness and deliciousness of the raw version is much more intense 😋 The bitterness and sharpness are similar to Kudokidoujie. It's also good with meat 😋 or on its own of course! I don't see any specs on the label, but it's supposed to be in the 20-percent milled range. Great cospa: ‼️

At the end of the year, I went to the liquor store and bought it. After that, it rested in the fridge in my office 💤. I don't want to keep it too long... ☹️ So I opened the bottle: ‼️ Yopa Memo_φ(___) Tangy & a little bit of ahwah! Refreshingly citrusy! Between 🍊mikan and grapefruit I wish it had a little more freshness, though, I think I left it a little too long... I bought it at the end of the year 🙄. It was very delicious 😋😋😋😋. Thanks for the food 🎶. I have accumulated a lot of empty sake bottles 😩😩😩. I need to collect them 💦💦.

The first sensation is coolness, a mixture of a faint gaseous feeling of carbonation and the aroma of alcohol. After that, the aroma of alcohol followed by a faint sweetness and sourness. Perhaps it is because it is a Misato Nishiki, but it is as sweet as the previously mentioned Mikawa Bushis, so it seems to be easy to match with food.

In the mouth, there is a faint aroma of alcohol, followed by a faint ginjo aroma and a gentle sweetness and acidity. It is not as fruity as the nama-shu, but the sweetness is moderate and can be easily matched with food. It is also quite cosy, so I will probably buy it again as a stocking stuffer for everyday drinking.

The light nigori is only slightly cloudy when mixed. A little dry and sharp when chilled 👍 When the temperature range rises The sweetness expands to a surprising degree 😳 Amazami❗️ Day 2, I knew I could enjoy this sake at different temperatures 😘. I tried heated sake, but I still prefer cold sake 😋. Cherry blossoms are in full bloom in Nagoya around 4/4🌸. I took out the unposted sake bottles and the bottles that were waiting in the fridge over the weekend and went out to take a collaboration photo with the cherry blossoms again this year 🤗. 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Kurodasho 16% alcohol by volume Light ⭐️⭐️ Mild⭐️⭐️ Sweetness⭐️⭐️ Bitterness⭐️ Acidity⭐️ Kiness⭐️⭐️⭐️ Likability⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I like ⭐️5, I am certified as "de la 😘❗️"👍
