It's the one that Ane-san used to drink and I've always wondered about it. I was finally able to buy it. Houou Bi-Den Aiya ma🎵. Moo-rooka pure silver Aiyaama🎵 😸😸😸😸😸 😸 Made with 100% Aisan. Mild mouthfeel but bursting with lush sweet deliciousness. It has a berry taste. It's a great beer. It is very delicious. It says "flagship", but Hououmita is a more expensive sake, isn't it?

The aroma is already fruity. It is fresh and gorgeous. The rice used is Musashi. It is more gorgeous and sweeter than the Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate I drank last year. I'm glad I bought this one. I gave up on it because it had been in stock for a while, but there was still some left, so I bought it. This time they had a 4-gallon bottle in stock, but this store usually only carries Kagamiyama in 1-gallon bottles. If you want a 4-gallon bottle, you have to buy it elsewhere. I'm sure you'll be happy to know that I'm not the only one who has a problem with this.

Commemorative sake for the 333rd anniversary of the company. Rice polishing ratio 33%. It's impossible to get this kind of specs for around 1800 yen, but it's said to be a special price with no regard to profitability. It has a very beautiful sweetness that disappears quickly. I'm not sure if I can drink this flavor at this price. Thank you 😊.

It is dry but juicy and sharp as the sake degree +6. It is easy to drink even though it is dry. The aroma is mildly fruity, but there is a smoky note in the middle. It's a little hard for me to drink it by itself. If you want to drink it while you are eating, there is a possibility.

According to the sake shop's explanation, it's unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. This is the first time I've drunk Taka at home. It's a little muddy and has an origarami feel to it. It's fresh and fruity, but it's not rough and easy to drink. The balance of sweet, bitter and spicy is perfect.

The specs of Murasuke are not disclosed, but the Tokiwa label seems to be treated as a Junmai Daiginjo. They say the sweetness is inspired by Wasanbon, but personally it reminds me of cotton candy. This sweetness is the only one of its kind. The sweetness permeates the drink gently. I like this one better than the Pink Label.
