According to the sake shop's explanation, it's unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. This is the first time I've drunk Taka at home. It's a little muddy and has an origarami feel to it. It's fresh and fruity, but it's not rough and easy to drink. The balance of sweet, bitter and spicy is perfect.

The specs of Murasuke are not disclosed, but the Tokiwa label seems to be treated as a Junmai Daiginjo. They say the sweetness is inspired by Wasanbon, but personally it reminds me of cotton candy. This sweetness is the only one of its kind. The sweetness permeates the drink gently. I like this one better than the Pink Label.

入手困難なお酒ですがGW中に入手出来ました。純米と大吟醸あったけど大吟醸は高いので間取って純米吟醸に。クラシックなお酒かなと思ってたら割と華やか。今風のゴリゴリなフルーティーじゃないけど自然で優しいニュアンス。火入れ苦手だけどコレは美味いわ。

以前はガス圧高すぎる為一升瓶のみで飲食店限定だったとか。森のくまさんと言う熊本の米使ったお酒で桃色酵母使用しているのでピンク色してます。スパークリングワインのような桃の果実酒の様な味で美味しい。開けるのに悪戦苦闘しました。量少ないし噴きこぼしたくないしね。

日本酒の名前を余り知らない私でも知ってる!と思って買ったお酒! 開栓〜良い香り❣️生唾ごっくんでワクワクしながら一口... あれ⁉︎こういうものなの?飲んで刺激もなく確かに飲みやすいけど...だから女性に人気なのかなぁ〜ぐらい 4日目〜旨味に一体感が出て美味しいじゃないの❣️ 夕食は 豚丼と味噌汁! ご飯の上に一玉98円のキャベツ千切りをひき 豚肉小間切れと頂いた玉葱で作った生姜焼きをのせたコスパな食事に贅沢なお供となった🍶 豚丼に七味たっぷりかけて食べると刺激もなく軽快に飲めちゃうこのお酒との相乗効果で食べ過ぎちゃった☺️ 720ml ¥1,600 税抜
