The last one was "Azumami".
I haven't had a drink even though I was in Iwate on business quite a bit.
This is, isn't it delicious?
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
(100% Iwate Ginotome rice is used)
Rice polishing ratio 55
Alcohol content 15
The strong umami of the rice spreads with tremendous force along with the acidity.
While maintaining a moderate acidity, the sweetness gradually seeps out, but it is quickly broken at just the right moment.

It's the annual Yakiniku🥩 & Sake🍶.
The refreshing sourness jumps in first 😙.
Perfectly eliminated the slight fishy smell of grilled liver🫥.
A little sweetness, but a good collaboration to match the meat 🥩😆.
It gives a tangy sensation and sweetness against the meat sauce and adds a touch of color 🤗.
The company's branch manager came over and wanted to have drinks with all the sales people...
I hate this guy.
He's good at his job, but I hate his humanity.
(He has no delicacy).
But the manager informs me that he is forced to attend.
I was going to drink quietly in the corner, but he came next to me!
Worst...
This izakaya has only 5 kinds of sake in its repertoire, and all of them are minor ones that I've never had before.
I had no choice but to try the Azuma Mine...
It had no sharpness and was kind of sweet!
Hard, mineral flavor. Bitter aftertaste. Slightly carbonated. Dry and crisp.
Little ginjo aroma and little fruitiness.
Dry sake with no playfulness. It may not be modern, but it is delicious.
The restaurant staff recommended this sake 🍶.
I feel like we were drinking even though it was the third round of drinks, but we must have shared one sake with three other people.
