It is thick and sweet in the mouth, and then recedes with a refreshing bitterness. I had an image of a strong aroma, but was surprised by the clean aftertaste. I heard that this brewery makes all of its wine in a tank. The omachi is Akaban omachi, although it is not written on the label. Surprisingly, this is my first time to drink Yamagata Masamune. I never had a chance to try it... Tropical fruit aroma like mango. It has a fruity, juicy, sweet and delicious taste, but it finishes very crisply. Melon-like.

I bought it at the liquor store where I had a near miss with Rafa papa. The difference must have been only a few minutes 🤣. I used to go to Fujimori's a lot, but it's been a while since I've been there. It is made from Yamadanishiki produced in the special A district of Yoshikawa. The price is reasonable for its quality. I wonder if it is because it is a local brewery in Hyogo that the price is low even if it is from a special A district. Fresh and lively with a slight bubbles. Gentle sweetness like peaches. The impression is that it finishes with a slight bitterness. The light, easy drinking taste is typical of spring. It was so good that I drank more than half the bottle the day I opened it. It seems that the new brewery has introduced a new bottling method and flat rice polishing. I guess that's part of the reason for the improved taste.

The gentle acidity that accompanies the prodigal sweetness... The bitterness that comes out gradually is pleasant 🤤. Sweetness, sourness, and bitterness each play a leading role They complement each other without interfering with each other... The presence of the sake itself is unbelievable. It can be enjoyed alone or with food 🥰. A few minutes after I left the restaurant and started driving... I got a line from Mr. bouken... 5 minutes later, he said he bought some alcohol at the same store 😅... I didn't get to meet him this time due to a near miss. I had heard rumors that a four-pack was available, but I didn't think I could buy it. According to the Internet, it's a draft sake? It's gassy and I have a feeling it's unfiltered. It has a light gassy feeling. Melon-like flavor, slightly sweet and bitter. It is dry and has a mineral taste. I think it is an all-rounder sake that can be used on its own or with food. I heard that they don't usually make Yonkou because it's too much trouble due to manpower issues. If everyone buys a four-pack, they might change their minds. The 4th one, maybe because I drank Nihonmori and Kiku-Masamune at Koshien, he recommended a lot of Nada's sake 🤣. I like Kenrishi, Hamafukutsuru, and Shirayuki (Itami, not Nada).

I thought I wouldn't be able to buy one because I heard they didn't have many in stock, but I did. It's a blend of rough-run and blamed parts, I guess. It's so gorgeous and juicy. The ginjo aroma comes afterwards. The taste is elegant and beautiful. I know it's early, but it's the number one of the year so far. The price of 1980 yen for 35% Yamada Nishiki rice polishing ratio is amazing!

I think I rushed a little too much. I can finally settle down and drink the sake I want to drink slowly. I drank a sake from Yamaguchi prefecture that I was interested in. It's fresh and has a little bit of bruise. After a good acidity comes from the sweetness and the umami, a lingering bitterness remains. The bitterness is not disagreeable and is pleasant When I opened two bottles of this sake at New Year's, I felt that the sake becomes mellower and tastier if you leave it a little longer than right after opening.
