I bought it at the liquor store where I had a near miss with Rafa papa.
The difference must have been only a few minutes 🤣.
I used to go to Fujimori's a lot, but it's been a while since I've been there.
It is made from Yamadanishiki produced in the special A district of Yoshikawa. The price is reasonable for its quality.
I wonder if it is because it is a local brewery in Hyogo that the price is low even if it is from a special A district.
Fresh and lively with a slight bubbles.
Gentle sweetness like peaches. The impression is that it finishes with a slight bitterness. The light, easy drinking taste is typical of spring.
It was so good that I drank more than half the bottle the day I opened it.
It seems that the new brewery has introduced a new bottling method and flat rice polishing. I guess that's part of the reason for the improved taste.

I heard that they don't usually make Yonkou because it's too much trouble due to manpower issues. If everyone buys a four-pack, they might change their minds.
