boukenI bought it at the liquor store where I had a near miss with Rafa papa.
The difference must have been only a few minutes 🤣.
I used to go to Fujimori's a lot, but it's been a while since I've been there.
It is made from Yamadanishiki produced in the special A district of Yoshikawa. The price is reasonable for its quality.
I wonder if it is because it is a local brewery in Hyogo that the price is low even if it is from a special A district.
Fresh and lively with a slight bubbles.
Gentle sweetness like peaches. The impression is that it finishes with a slight bitterness. The light, easy drinking taste is typical of spring.
It was so good that I drank more than half the bottle the day I opened it.

My first Hayaseura. It has a gorgeous melon and apple flavor. It's also a little grassy. It's a little expensive, but the other Hayaseura are spicy, so it was probably the right choice. boukenThis warehouse still doesn't have an official website or social network, so I don't know the full lineup. boukenStronger ginjo aroma coming through the nose. boukenI thought I wouldn't be able to buy one because I heard they didn't have many in stock, but I did.
It's a blend of rough-run and blamed parts, I guess. It's so gorgeous and juicy. The ginjo aroma comes afterwards. The taste is elegant and beautiful. I know it's early, but it's the number one of the year so far.

It has a sweet and mellow aroma reminiscent of rice straw and cocoa. The mouthfeel is mellow and rich. After a while, a stimulating acidity rushes in. The aftertaste is slightly astringent, like cocoa. It has a long aftertaste with a rich flavor. A full-bodied sake. bonchiOn the sixth day after opening the bottle, I heated it up, and it had a fruity aroma reminiscent of apples, with a fruity note on the finish, as if I had eaten an apple.
