猫punchS〆MI was curious about the label and the light nigori color of Wakakoma's Carny Horse ♬♬ horse 😅I missed the timing last year and couldn't buy it, but this year I was able to pull the reins and bring it home 🐎😆But it was 💦different from the light nigori color of the unfiltered raw sake last year😭it was filtered and fired to clear it 😭and it was still delicious 😞oh my gosh! I hate it 😅 but it was still delicious so I'll forgive it 😊Heeee~n🫏.
This is the first time I've had this one from Wakakoma🐎 Sake Brewery. It has a cute label and I missed out on buying it last year because of bad timing 😅The top aroma and drinking experience is like a white wine, not too sweet but with a sourness and a slight bitterness. It is very refreshing in the hot season 😘I like it 💕 😍Next time I would like to drink the light nigori (light nigori) unfiltered raw sake 😍 lol

We brought this sake to the store expecting it to be in demand again this year as last year, but it was sitting in the fridge without being selected.

I've seen the pink label online but not so much the yellow🟡 label, is it sold every year? It seems to be slightly lower in sake than the regular Hachitan-Nishiki, which makes it sweeter and more fruity 😅I wonder if it's my imagination ♬♬ I love you so much for your sweetness and acidity.

It seems to be their first attempt at a genre called Nama-juku, where they mature the raw sake by letting it sit for 6 months. I guess it's like doing the same thing at home where you mature and enjoy the raw sake at the brewery😃It was sweet and fruity, with a slight chili flavor, personally it tasted like Kawanakajima Genmai and was very delicious 😋.

I used to live in Iwate and I am very attached to it. ❤️I wasn't even interested in sake at that time 😂I think back now and it seems like such a waste. I guess it has become more popular recently than last year, I often see seasonal products and standard Junmai and Jungin bottles out of stock😭I buy it whenever I see it these days and it has become one of the brands I always keep in my fridge 🥰especially this Junmai sake 💰Cospa💰 is the best sake to keep on hand 💕and what's more, it's 4.5 times the price of the standard Junmai sake 💰. I love the red Kabuto label on the bottle 💕and the red Kabuto label is so cool & has more presence than the No.4 bottle 👍I thought it was classical at first because of the strength and ruggedness of the label but 😅I was surprised at how well balanced, gorgeous and sharp it is ♬I immediately became a fan because of the gap from my initial image. I am very happy with the quality of the label and the quality of the wine.
