Sake that was given to us
Classic structure. The ginjo aroma is slightly melon and overall honey and citrusy. A little floral but mild, with acidity and a little bitterness.
A food sake.
The name comes from the highest mountain in town, Mt. Azumane, which rises just behind the brewery.

추성훈 사케라고 출시된 아키. 일본에는 출시하지 않은 걸로 알고 있다. 준마이다이긴조급인 듯. 상쾌한 향과 깔끔한 뒷맛. 딱 한국인이 좋아할 것 같은 특징들을 가지고 있는 니혼슈. 퀄리티가 괜찮긴 한데, 가격을 듣고는 갸우뚱. 그 가격이면 대안이 많을 듯.
사실 양조장은 알려지지 않았는데 ‘이와테현의 300년이 넘은, 젤 오래된 양조장’이라는 보도자료가 있는 걸로 봐서 아주마미네 吾妻嶺酒造店 가 아닐까? 하는 짐작.

I finished Siege Axe. First Gundam and science fiction lovers should watch it. It's not bad. The coloring is Eva-like. The ending of episode 11 was a lie. Worst case scenario, just watch episode 11 ^_^ Nice choice that matched the story.

Junmai sake made at the oldest sake brewery in Iwate Prefecture. I bought it with the feeling of buying a bottle of Laval, but I found it interesting because it has a strange wine-like flavor. It has a spiciness and a crisp aftertaste.
