バウムLast week, we took Friday off to remodel the bathtub and went back home.
I took him to "AKABU" Jade 🍶, his wife's favorite restaurant.
The construction work took a long time, and we finally started dinner at around 8pm. The bottle is opened immediately. The aroma is mild and not as fruity as usual AKABU, but clear and calm. The taste is also clear and refreshing.

This is my first beetle.
And it was my first pre-order. It is a memorable one.
I was informed that it can be drunk on the rocks. Again, I bought ice and went home.
First of all, I will have it straight.
Fruity aroma. It is lemon.
I see, it is lemonade. It's not just sour. It has an excellent balance with sweetness!
And it is refreshing.

My mother asked me to paint the balcony and carport of her parents' house,
(I'm not a painter and I can't do everything 💢), but I had no choice but to go out early in the morning and finish them in one day. As a reward for that, I bought this brand recommended by Mrs. Omine to replenish energy to my tired body😋.
The aroma is not as fruity as Omine's usual (because it is a summer sake), but it is slightly fruity.
The taste is not so much sweet as it is refreshing and a little sour, which is just right for a tired body 😅I guess summer sake is in full bloom now.

My personal impression is that it has a mildly fruity aroma both on the nose and in the mouth.
I personally feel the mild fruity aroma and mouthfeel, along with the tight, gaseous texture. This may be a characteristic of Omachi!
I was impressed once again by the depth of this sake, which has a different expression from the modernity of the Yamada-Nishiki I had previously tasted! haniwa56Hatsumurayu. The bottle has a nice aroma.
It is sweet and delicious in the mouth. It is easy to drink and is a sake you want to drink as it is rather than as a food sake.
On the second day, it was sweeter and more like brown sugar.
It was also delicious.

I opened the bottle with great anticipation.
When I carefully opened it, it opened quietly with almost no gas.
The characteristic aroma was a fruity top note, reminiscent of muscat and white peaches! Aromas reminiscent of muscat and white peaches overflowed from the bottle and rose with each swirl in the glass. Even before you drink it, you can sense the depth of this sake.
The aroma and pleasant acidity spread quickly in the mouth. And yet, it has a nice sharpness.
I couldn't help but look up to the heavens.

Sake Mirai is only allowed to be used by breweries that have been approved by the Takagi Shuzo!
That alone is exciting, but the label describes it as "creamy with a gentle aftertaste.
Even the liquor store owner said, "It's creamy." and my curiosity was swept away!
The aroma is subdued and gentle.
When I drank it, I found it to have a gentle aroma and a mellow taste, though I didn't feel any gasiness. This is good ☺️
It's a deeply flavored sake with a different character from fruity sake!
The aftertaste is intoxicating as well.

When I think of Aomori's sake, only Tasake comes to mind. I brought along Toyobai, which I often see here as well.
From the aroma of the bottle...it was slightly fruity, but not too assertive, so I imagined it would be a refreshing sake.
As you can imagine, the fruity taste spreads in the mouth from the mild mouthfeel 😊, from there you can feel the umami of the rice. Overall, it is not assertive and perfect as a food sake 😍It is easy to drink 🍶.
This is another badass sake 😅.

I was curious about this brand from your post in Sake-no-wa.
When I opened the bottle, the aroma was... slightly fruity, and when I took a sip, I was surprised. I felt some popping on my tongue 😱I thought it wasn't a draft sake... and checked the label again 👀.
Fire in 😱something wrong ⁉️ second sip. I can still feel a slight tinny taste 😅The taste is clean and shows the dryness for a moment.
But it's not dry. ⁉️
Muzu😱 just delicious 😋 I can say this with certainty 😊.
In the end it's all about the taste 😍
My lack of vocabulary and stupid tongue is nothing new, so I'll give up easily 😅 and just concentrate on finding good sake 🍶!
