The aroma is impressive, with a fruity top note reminiscent of muscat.
On the palate, it is fire-aged, but has a gaseous and fresh feeling like a fresh sake. This is Nabeshima, and it is wonderful!
The aftertaste is clean and crisp, and as expected, highly recommended.

When I think of Aomori's sake, only Tasake comes to mind. I brought along Toyobai, which I often see here as well.
From the aroma of the bottle...it was slightly fruity, but not too assertive, so I imagined it would be a refreshing sake.
As you can imagine, the fruity taste spreads in the mouth from the mild mouthfeel 😊, from there you can feel the umami of the rice. Overall, it is not assertive and perfect as a food sake 😍It is easy to drink 🍶.
This is another badass sake 😅.

I was curious about this brand from your post in Sake-no-wa.
When I opened the bottle, the aroma was... slightly fruity, and when I took a sip, I was surprised. I felt some popping on my tongue 😱I thought it wasn't a draft sake... and checked the label again 👀.
Fire in 😱something wrong ⁉️ second sip. I can still feel a slight tinny taste 😅The taste is clean and shows the dryness for a moment.
But it's not dry. ⁉️

I went to Fujimori for this sake for a long time!
Sake made using Nikko's sacred water as the brewing water. The top aroma is a faint ginjo aroma. When poured, it is very shwashy and slightly effervescent. The sweetness is moderate and dry. The fruity and sweet flavors are only slightly sweet. The bitterness is also strongly felt.
It doesn't look like a Hououmida, but it is a sparkling wine that can be easily matched with food.
I thought the aroma and taste were somewhat like Otters.

It's a hiyaoroshi-style sake, and it's rare that it's unpasteurized.
