Nabeshima after a long time. Ponchan and Nemuchi were drinking 😊. Choroki-san, I used the Nabeshima club for the first time 😁. A little bit of gas. Gentle sweetness. Muscat-like flavor and refreshing. It's a sake that can be enjoyed on its own or with food. Although it is made from Yamada-Nishiki produced in Yoshikawa, a special A district, it is affordable and cosy. I felt the gassiness faded faster than other Nabeshima sakes I've had, but it tastes even sweeter and tastier than when it was just opened!

I saw this sake in a photo of a refrigerator at a liquor store taken by Mr. Yoohee. I was curious about it, so I bought it. It is a small brewery with a capacity of about 40 koku. I had no idea about it until now. Sorry 🙏. They have three brands: Ono Sakura, Haruichibanban, and Fukamori. The new brand is Fukamori and the label is very modern. It seems to be dry, so I chose Haruichibanji, which seems to be sweet in terms of specs. I wonder how many of the smallest breweries in Japan exist in Japan😅. The rice is Hidahomare. The rice is Hidahomare. It is lightly cloudy, sweet and sour, and you can taste the flavor of rice. It doesn't taste very modern, but it is sweeter and tastier than I expected. The last part of the bottle has a strong alcohol taste. Sake strength is minus, but it is not as sweet as the value. Goes well with spaghetti with mushrooms 😋. Fukamori is more dry, but I wonder if the sake quality is more modern? After a few days, the sweetness and acidity become more pronounced and it's delicious!

It has a high ginjo aroma and the flavor of rice spreads, but the bitterness is strong. The bitterness may have become stronger because it is pure rice or because it has been aged for a while. I was surprised to find it casually in a refrigerated case when I went for Senkyoku's Sakura 👀. I had heard from a friend that it was hard to find even in my hometown Toyama, so I bought it without hesitation 🍶. I took too good care of it and it sat in the fridge for about 2 months 💧. Elegant sweetness and refreshing acidity... Nabeshima it is! Overall, the taste is moderate... 😌. Light and easy to drink as much as you want 😋. I heard that this brewery makes all of its wine in a tank. The omachi is Akaban omachi, although it is not written on the label. Surprisingly, this is my first time to drink Yamagata Masamune. I never had a chance to try it... Tropical fruit aroma like mango. It has a fruity, juicy, sweet and delicious taste, but it finishes very crisply. Melon-like.

I bought it at the liquor store where I had a near miss with Rafa papa. The difference must have been only a few minutes 🤣. I used to go to Fujimori's a lot, but it's been a while since I've been there. It is made from Yamadanishiki produced in the special A district of Yoshikawa. The price is reasonable for its quality. I wonder if it is because it is a local brewery in Hyogo that the price is low even if it is from a special A district. Fresh and lively with a slight bubbles. Gentle sweetness like peaches. The impression is that it finishes with a slight bitterness. The light, easy drinking taste is typical of spring. It was so good that I drank more than half the bottle the day I opened it. It seems that the new brewery has introduced a new bottling method and flat rice polishing. I guess that's part of the reason for the improved taste.

I had heard rumors that a four-pack was available, but I didn't think I could buy it. According to the Internet, it's a draft sake? It's gassy and I have a feeling it's unfiltered. It has a light gassy feeling. Melon-like flavor, slightly sweet and bitter. It is dry and has a mineral taste. I think it is an all-rounder sake that can be used on its own or with food. I heard that they don't usually make Yonkou because it's too much trouble due to manpower issues. If everyone buys a four-pack, they might change their minds. The 4th one, maybe because I drank Nihonmori and Kiku-Masamune at Koshien, he recommended a lot of Nada's sake 🤣. I like Kenrishi, Hamafukutsuru, and Shirayuki (Itami, not Nada).

Hello!!! I haven't seen a four-pack of Hayashi yet. Gohyakumangoku has a melon feel to it 🍈. Hayashi is a simple sake at first glance. But as you say, it's an all-rounder. It is a sake that you should always have on hand 😄.

It has a clear, yet subtly sweet and umami taste. The final acidity gives it a sharp edge. The taste has an atmosphere that it can be matured. I expected it to be a little sweeter and fruity, so I was disappointed... It has a thick and extractive mouthfeel. It has a nutty flavor but finishes with a refreshing acidity.

The liquor store explained that it was unfiltered. My first Hayaseura. It has a gorgeous melon and apple flavor. It's also a little grassy. It's a little expensive, but the other Hayaseura are spicy, so it was probably the right choice.

I thought I wouldn't be able to buy one because I heard they didn't have many in stock, but I did. It's a blend of rough-run and blamed parts, I guess. It's so gorgeous and juicy. The ginjo aroma comes afterwards. The taste is elegant and beautiful. I know it's early, but it's the number one of the year so far. The price of 1980 yen for 35% Yamada Nishiki rice polishing ratio is amazing!
