My favorite #Meat and Sake.
Petit year-end party with my best friends.
Finally got to drink #Uguisu in the garden.
It was as good as I imagined!
Today, a cup of [29]! I did [meat] before ^ ^.
The pleasant ginjo aroma and the gentle sweetness. Kyushu has a strong image of shochu, but there are many fruity sakes such as Sanchi and Wakanami!
I'm going to buy a variety of different Uguisu in the garden!

Hi taka😊
I laughed at the 29 cups of easy to understand 🤣You always go to nice restaurants that look like fun 👍🎶I'd love to have a drink when I'm in Tokyo!
#Tenpyo
The previous junmai was great, so high hopes for the jungin!
This one tasted great too!
But that's all I can remember.
I have to take notes when I drink outside...
Recommendation
I recommend it.
#Nabeshima
I thought Nabeshima would work with Soeal, but I couldn't do it.
It's definitely refreshing and crisp, but I don't like it.
But the aroma of Yamadanishiki is nice.
I want to drink my favorite Soe-aru someday.

#Hiroki
This was so good!
Perfect balance of rice flavor, acidity and umami!
No wonder it's so hard to find.
If I come across it somewhere, I'll buy it immediately.
Highly recommended!

#Kagatobi
With kindred spirits.
The first KAGATOBI.
It had the aroma and richness of Jungin.
I wish it was a little cooler.

#Akabu
And one more!
It's my birthday!
Akabu Junmai Daiginjo Yuzunokou 40
First Akabu Daiginjo !!!!
This is just so good.
The bottle is opened: !!!!
The first sip is such a classy, fine, luxurious, fruity, and, what's more, mellow and gentle taste.
Akabu, you are amazing.
It's so easy to drink, but you shouldn't drink it right away.
I'll drink it in small sips, probably.
I'm so happy!

#Shinsei #Flaxcat Spark
Today is my birthday so I opened a good one.
My first Blaxcat Spark!
I've had Flaxcat before, but this is my first sparkling.
I got a Riedel glass (not Daiginjo) as a gift, so I drank it with it.
It was like champagne!
And yet this aroma, this taste, ummmm!
The label said it was drier this year.
This is delicious!
Combined with the Riedel glass, it was perfect ^ ^.
Highly recommended!

#South
On a business trip to the Kansai region, I went to Ranpu, a restaurant I've been wanting to visit that I've been insta-following.
All-you-can-drink sake from all 47 prefectures! And it's only 1280 yen!
That's what Osaka is all about.
First time in the south!
Sorry, I don't remember.
I'll buy it next time and take revenge.
I had a chance to conquer the whole country at a time like this, but I drank what I wanted to drink.......

This may be the representative sake that makes you wonder if the rice polishing ratio really matters.
This one has a rice polishing ratio of 70.
A truly beautiful sake.
Uma-uma-uma!

Next up was a sake from the Kansai region.
Yes, Kido is delicious even in junmai (pure rice) form.
I recently read an article in a magazine about how Kido has been reborn.
It was about how they used to make cheap soju and switched to junmai ginjo.
It would be nice to think about the brewery while drinking sake.
I want to learn more about the thoughts of my favorite sake breweries!

My first one!
I think I started getting drunk around here...
I thought I was drinking sake from Shiga because I saw the kanji for Biwa, but when I just posted, it turned out to be Saitama.
I registered my first Sake-no-wa brand ^ ^.
It was too dry for my taste, but it looks good when heated.
I recommend it!

This was my first time to drink Akabu.
I've never bought Akabu's F because I don't like soju, but this one is just as good as it should be!
It's not just dry, but has a nice ginjo aroma and a good amount of sweetness from the rice.

My first Bon! I've been looking at the label for a while, hoping to buy one someday, and finally got around to drinking it!
It has a junmai-like rice feel and a nice aroma from the 55% polished rice!
Next time, I'll drink more than Junmai Ginjo!

Good evening, Taka!
You are really cheap! And I️ went back to the 47 prefectures 😳️and I️ see that you are drinking a lot of delicious looking food 😄👍Enjoy it to the fullest 🎶I'll check out your restaurant 🙏.
Pon-chan! Good evening! I heard that the restaurant is limited to 3 groups a day, so please make a reservation when you go ^ ^ It's near Taiyuji temple in Umeda. Kansai calm down. lol There were also quite a few rare sake (for a fee).
#Tamano-Ko
I'm on a business trip to the Kansai region, so I went to my parents' house for a ton of food.
I bought a bottle of Akabu before, so they said they'd have some sake ready for me today.
It's not the fruity type I like, but it has a clean aftertaste and a dry, crisp feeling, which is nice sometimes.
Here, one more! It's nice to be able to drink sake with other people.
I won't be home for New Year's, so have a good New Year's.
Recommendation

#Hirotogawa #Junmai #Nigori
It's that time of year, nigori on tap today!
When I bought this, the liquor store told me
Please drink it slowly. It's still a young sake, so take your time. If you drink it too soon, you won't be able to feel the potential of this sake."
I see.
So that's the kind of sake it is...
But if it's good, it might disappear soon, I thought to myself.
And today, the bottle was opened!
First, I'll have the top shelf.
Hmm, is this a good cider? Or is it calpis?
Anyway, I have a feeling that it is definitely a good drink.
So, mix it well, and...
Wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo !!!!!
Oh no, it's going to run out soon!
I can't drink it slowly.

It's also good warmed up.
So I heated it up...
It's also delicious!
I learned the depth of sake again.
Enjoy! I love it! Sake ^ ^
Of course!

Crazytaka, good evening 😆 every time I drink it in one night...but I guess I should enjoy the second day 😂I think I'll take two days this year 🤔I️heard good things about your heated ‼️heard good things about your heated 👍
Mr. Manachy! Good evening! It was also good warmed up. Personally, I think it was lukewarm, and the liquor store told me that they really wanted me to drink it around February, not open it. I thought to myself, "No, I can't do that!
Mr. Pon-chan! Good evening. It is gone today....................... I couldn't bring out its potential at all. Pon-chan, please enjoy the passage of time ^ ^.
A gift.
Hmmm... How...
Dry? I don't like it, including the aroma and taste in my mouth. Sake has so many different tastes.
Let's try it at a different temperature next time.

I got Nabeshima.
It wasn't sold at all...
I've been thinking about Nabeshima all day!
And then the bottle opened!
Yummmmmm... !!!!!
The mellow aroma typical of Yamadanishiki, the freshness of nama-shu, and the slight effervescence.
I love it all.
I can't get enough of it (*☻-☻*)
I'm glad I'm alive.
The amount of sake I drink increases with the end of the year... I have to take a day off from drinking...
