#Risshun Asa Shibori This year's Risshun Asashibori was Sentori. Last year I had Kouji, but I decided to go with Sentori! It's been a long time since I've had Sentori. I love sake more and more because of this seasonal thing. I am so glad to have been born in Japan! Recommendation ★★★★

This is another one I received. It is a blend of rice from 47 prefectures. This sake is brewed with a wish for recovery. My favorite orikarami. This one is also delicious! Recommended! ★★★★

#Toyo Bijin My first Toyo Bijin! I had seen the label at a liquor store, but this is the first time I've seen this label. On this day, we had a takoyaki (octopus dumpling) party with family connections. This sake was brought by my dad at the party. I heard it was drunk at the Japan-Russia summit meeting. I love the fruity taste! This is so good! I got a good one ^^^Thank you thank you thank you ^^^. Highly recommended! ★★★★★

#RedWeather Oh my god. Fever since New Year's Day. Not corona or anything, just fever. So I drank my first bottle of the year yesterday. Akabusu Gokujo No Zan Nama Sake. The most expensive sake I've ever had. Yunokoro 35%, slight amber color, gorgeous aroma of pear or muscat. The aroma is the best aroma of Akabu so far. I didn't find it that sharp, but the texture was thick and the rice was loose. Wonderful..., good at least once a year... The fourth one is my first Osechi order, but I didn't get to eat it at all. Only pictures.... Recommendation! ★★★★★

#Tsuneyama First Tsuneyama. Third bottle from the hanpukai. Sake from Fukui, light and balanced with enough umami from the rice. I also love the piquancy and slight effervescence. A new sake from the Tsuneyama brewery with a new brewing formula. My tastes are fruity, so my sake cellar is full of fruity and unpasteurized sake, so this Tsuneyama is a sake I was able to encounter only because of the hanpukai. It goes so well with the seafood we ordered. On its own, Niimasa is great, but with fish, Tsuneyama won hands down. Next year, I will learn more about pairing sake! Recommendation ★★★★

#Shinsei #Ecru The annual delivery from Toyosu. On such a day, it's Shinsei, after all! Shrimp 10 (alive) - Oita Salmon roe - Kushiro, Hokkaido Nakatoro (medium fatty tuna) - Kochi Raw oysters 10 from Hirota Bay, Iwate Prefecture 10 raw oysters - Ehime Scallops 10 - Hokkaido Abalone 4 (alive) - Sanriku Kampachi Well, both the sake and the appetizers were delicious. Recommendation! ★★★★★

#Kaygetsu First Kaygetsu CEL24. I thought it might be a bit more mature than Kameizumi, but it was not at all. It was fruity and easy to drink, with a nice balance of acidity in the finish. Unfortunately, the Kameizumi at home is gone, so I wanted to compare the two... I wonder which one I prefer. Recommendation ★★★★

#Ohroku My first nigori sake from Ohroku I've been curious about it for a long time and bought a small bottle. I've always been curious about it, so I bought a small bottle. For now, I'll give it 3 stars. Hirotogawa, Akabu SNOW, and nigori. And this Oroku has a good rice taste, good acidity and a refreshing taste, I love the balance. Let's try other wines besides nigori. #Akabu #Xmas #Sake cellar Santa brought me a sake cellar ^ ^ ^. Santa Claus is still around even when you're an adult lol. This will change my sake life dramatically! I took a picture of the sake cellar, but it's kind of embarrassing to be seen with sake... Well, today is Christmas, so naturally SNOW XMAS at Akabu! The white beard on the logo is so cute! The logo is so cute! The best ogara-mi, Akabu is really great ^ ^. This is the sake brewery where I drank the most this year. Highly recommended! ★★★★★

#Hijikin First Jikin at home! The one I won on line from the sake dealer Yamada. I was planning to drink it somewhere and decided to do it today. After all, today is the last day of work! I did well in 2022 ^ ^. Now I have to wrap presents for tomorrow. I wonder how long I can make Santa Claus believe in me... Oops...my impression of Jikin. Jikin is too good to drink at home. The ginjo aroma of Yamadanishiki, the fragrance reminds me of muscat, and the spread of yama-da-da! I didn't know such a beautiful sake existed. I'm going to drink it again and again. Highly recommended! ★★★★★

#Yamamoto #Ichinoya Hatsuyamamoto Doburoku. Doburoku [do], apparently. Active nigori raw! It looks so bad! I was scared to open the bottle! I had no problem at all... Fresh and floral, just like it looks, with a thick, bubbly, fizzy feeling! The aftertaste is refreshing. The entrée was the best bento in my history [Ichinoya]. The best! Recommendation ★★★★☆

#YaMamoru Finally achieved Tokyo! (I just realized this in a post...) I live in Tokyo, but I never had any connection to it. And this is "Okunokami" in Japanese. I used to see the label at the liquor store and always read it in my mind as "Okunomori". Easy to drink and delicious, Omachi is good! Recommendation I recommend it highly.

Continue to my favorite #Meat and Sake. A petit year-end party with my best friends. #Tamitsu I thought it was "Tabikari" for sure. It's embarrassing to have the waiter point it out when ordering sake lol. Yes, Tabika it is!" And. Sake is also difficult to read, and I think this is a common thing with sake. It's also delicious, and goes really well with yakiniku. I used to drink beer all the time, but sake with yakiniku is the best ^ ^ ^. Recommendation Sake with yakiniku is great!
