It is clean and has a nice aroma of Yamadanishiki.

On his wife's birthday, we went to the annual Kani-Douraku restaurant.
I think I've been going to Kani Doraku more since I left Osaka,
I wish such a restaurant would have a special sake.
I've been into nigori sake lately.
It's so sake with alcohol, and it's okay.
After that, I ordered crab sake instead of filet sake.
This was more savory and definitely better!
