This... this is... mmmmmmmm nice!!! ^ ^
While most nigori and orikarami are a bit sweet, this Kuheiji's light nigori has a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness.
This is so bad... It's been a long time since I've had a bottle, and within an hour, it was empty.
Scary, scary, scary!
The sweet moment was only for a moment, Kyuheiji.

I didn't know that this man is the father of a botanical doctor.
It's a good sake, apparently a junmai sake.
