What is this lightness? Sourness and sweetness. It is so clear that you can see the location of the taste buds on the tongue that sense them. On the other hand, there are few other elements of sake. If I say it is close to wine, it is close, but I guess it is the sweetness of rice. From my thirst on a midsummer's day, 500ml of sake was just a fraction of a second. But 9% is so-so. By the way, it was produced in Nagano. I used to live in Nagano, and I used to drink Oshinshu and other such sake, but I had no idea that this different kind of sake would become the first Nagano sake at Sake-no-wa... I was a drunkard with a lot of memories.

Summer! So I bought several bottles of summer sake. The first one is Kido's Summer Gale. It is a little heavy. It is a little heavy, but not too sweet, which is summery. First, the opening ceremony. It's overflowing 😢. What to do, this first time... A thick muddy sake that was well mixed by the overflow. Delicious! Delicious! This is good. A wonderful balance of just the right amount of sweetness and just the right amount of richness. It goes well with a slightly rich meal. Easy to drink. It goes on and on. Is there alcohol in it? It was great. It jumped to the top of the group. Even though there was some overflow, we drank the 4th bottle in one sitting. That's a rare drink for our couple. By the way, how do I open this bottle? Can someone tell me the best way?

Today's fourth bottle. Starting with my first love, this sake was chosen for the closing. It is the kind of deliciousness that one would choose if one were to get married. The taste of rice is firm. It is fruity, but still sake. No heaviness. Not excessively sweet and refreshing. It is not inferior in any way. Especially, the umami is excellent. It is a darling that came out of an unexpected place. Now that I'm drunk, I want to drink it first! And I want to try the others. It was a sake that made me think so.

This is the third one today. Compared to the previous two, this one is more authentic. It is like a glamorous version of the old style sake (my opinion). It is a gem that has the elegance of Junmai Daiginjo while making good use of the gravity of Sake. However, for the price and for those who are old enough to try a variety of sake, this was a once-in-a-lifetime sake that may not be repeated.

A drink after the human of first love. A realistic choice after the sweetness of first love. It's a sweet experience in its own way, but maybe it reminds you of your first person... That's how I feel. Realistically fruity, refreshing. I could drink it every day. This is the kind of person I would marry. Oh, I'm back to metaphors again...

I lived in Saitama but couldn't drink Hana-yosu. Feels like a date with the highbrow of my dreams❤️. Sweet. But not disgusting fruity modest sweetness. I liked it, my first love. Now that I know a lot about her, I still love her. It was the taste of "I love you".

Cheap label. Bought it in a tie-in with Hana Yokuyo. I had no expectations and rather started drinking it with a negative feeling that I had to consume it (sorry 🙇 ). It greatly disappoints. It has a dry taste and a umami, not to say mellow, flavor that spreads out from the dry taste. I had it with dried firefly squid, and it was an excellent marriage. I prefer dry to sweet flavors with seafood. Kansai's dry sake, which is different from the dry sake of rice-producing regions, is not the best, but it occupies a certain position in various comparisons, or rather, it is indispensable. It was a new discovery.

Hello. This is probably the same liquor store, but for the sake that didn't come with the sake casks. 720ml x 5 bottles with 1 bottle of Hana Yokuyo. The other sakes were completely blind, but it was an interesting lineup, one I wouldn't normally buy!

A slightly bitter taste makes it an adult rummé. It is easy to drink. The sweetness is moderate and light. But if you ask me if the taste leaves a deep impression on me, I would say that I would probably forget about it soon. But it is good. It is an excellent drink for the price and does not interfere with meals. But when did sake like this come to dominate the market? I wonder when this type of sake became so popular. I guess I just didn't know...

A gift from my father-in-law. Slightly sweet and refreshing. Not very refreshing, but the alcohol feeling follows. It's a bit like a strong water, so it goes well with food. Goes well with rich cheese. It would also go well with sashimi. I've been thinking a lot about terroir lately, and local production for local consumption is river fish.

One of five bottles purchased as part of a recommended set at a sake store in Sakai, Osaka. It has a light, watery mouthfeel, from which a full, understated sweetness spreads. It has a slightly bitter taste when paired with food, but as a food sake, it is quite high quality. I had it with firefly squid with vinegared miso, and it was delicious!

Slightly effervescent, moderately acidic and assertive, gooey sweetness. It is gorgeous. But if you ask me about depth... I would say that it is just bursting with youth. But not as young as a high school student... It's called "Harenohi," and I think it's perfect for the coming-of-age ceremony (just my opinion). Well, it is still delicious. I would like to repeat it, but it's hard to find!

The refreshing feeling is noticeable when drinking it after a sweet wine, but it starts out clear and the mellowness becomes more pronounced in the middle. However, I think it is a bit thin. It is an excellent food wine, and when I drank it with black pepper spare ribs, it was a good match.

No longer a clear mixed juice, even the people of Osaka were surprised (Д・・・) A liquor store in Kochi gave it to me as an extra. What a nice liquor store❣️ I will buy again. But when I look at my few posts so far, I see a lot of "no longer"... I'm ashamed of my small vocabulary. I've been attacking it with sweet sake, but I'm starting to think it might be a bit cloying as a food sake.
