Long time no update! Finally, Hokkaido conquered! Kamikawa Daisetsu with high expectations. As it turns out, my expectations may have been too high, but good is good. By the way, it was produced in Nagano. I used to live in Nagano, and I used to drink Oshinshu and other such sake, but I had no idea that this different kind of sake would become the first Nagano sake at Sake-no-wa... I was a drunkard with a lot of memories.
