Summer!
So I bought several bottles of summer sake.
The first one is Kido's Summer Gale.
It is a little heavy. It is a little heavy, but not too sweet, which is summery. I wondered if it would become a nice summer sake if I drank it with ice. I wonder if it will be a good summer drink. It is heavy but has a light feeling. I'll try it that way tomorrow.
But squid goes too well with sake...
