Kagoshima conquest! Sweet and savory. Modern taste. We are sorry, but it is highly evaluated because we didn't expect it. It seems to go well with rich dishes. What is Kagoshima cuisine? Kurobuta? That's nice. I think fish like tuna or bonito is better than protein white meat. I would like to drink other kinds of shochu, but I don't know where I can get this hard-to-find shochu from Kagoshima, the shochu kingdom... Shochu is also very good.

I got this bottle of Tobiroki at one of the mail-order sake shops. Because it is a limited edition, I had to buy 4-5 other bottles of sake with it to get this one. Well-balanced, not cloying sweetness and richness, with just the right amount of sake. My wife says it's light. I say it is quite strong. It is a difficult sake to make, but the fact that it is so easy to drink is what makes Tobiroki Tobiroki. Compared to the famous local sake we bought together, it is not outstandingly good, but it is one of the best. It is not outstanding. In that sense, it is an honor student. Shizuka-chan.

Toyama Sake When I think of Toyama, I have nothing but good memories of traveling there in the past and getting lots of freebies and good feelings. I love Toyama because of the many delicious foods. Haneya is a famous sake brewery there. This is Jungin, which is considered the standard. It is delicious. The sweetness of rice is sublimated like a fruit, and it is full-bodied. It is the royal road of current sake. I would like to try more of this sake. It is a sake that makes me think so. I dare to complain that it does not have a penetrating taste.

First time in Yamanashi! Hiyadori by Shichiken Speaking of Yamanashi, there are only mountains, but no mountains. But there are no mountains. More wine than sake? This Shichiken is said to be a traditional sake. It has a strong taste. Dry? No, it has a deep sweet taste. It's autumn. I feel like the taste is becoming more and more similar to other famous sakes from different prefectures.

After the Akita series, we will continue our journey to conquer the 47 prefectures again. Surprisingly, there are many different sake breweries in Kanagawa, and many different kinds of sake are produced by the same brewery, so it was hard to decide which one to choose. The one I chose this time was based on the picture on the jacket. Sake from Shonan. As one would expect from a sake brewer, it is very stylish. The taste was full-bodied, sweet, and had a good punch. Not so much unique, but tasty. After the Akita series, I find myself comparing it to Shinmasa. That sake is out of the standard when you talk about it in the category of sake. This sake is within the standard. It is in a high level of competition within the standard, but there are quite a few that fall into that category. It is difficult to say whether I can repeat the same experience from among them.

This is for the Ibaraki Prefecture conquest and for the jackets. Cool label. My wife says it tastes like Shinsei. It certainly has the flamboyance of Shinsei, but with a masculine roughness. That is what is called "sake-like". It is delicious. It is gorgeous, but has a depth that makes it a good food sake. Today I drank it with a slightly strong Chinese drink, but it did not lose. In fact, it pushed back. In that sense, I feel like a man. I thought that stereotypes like "man" and "woman" are not liked... but that's my impression. It was a bottle that made me think that there must be a lot of good sake in the northern Kanto area.

This muddy sake was the last of the sake from Akita. As this was an active sake, it was strictly forbidden to overturn the bottle and to open it after stirring. It didn't blow at all. However, there was a good amount of bubbling. The name of the wine is said to mean "rustic," but it's not so bad. It has a sophisticated taste. When stirred, it had an overwhelming sense of rice. Sweetness of rice and rice. But the sweetness was not that much. The alcohol content of 17 degrees is not bad, but it's a good one. It goes well with meat dishes and other dishes. For the price, it's a sake that I would be happy to drink again!

More acidic than other Akita sake we have had today. The sake is powerful and gorgeously sweet. Akita is very deep. If it were a national class sake, it would be a candidate for the draft. But in Akita, it might be buried. There are too many other candidates and it might pass by. It's delicious, but.... It's delicious, but....

At Nyuto Onsen Myonoyu The second bottle following the Myonoyu label of Fukunotomo Delicious! It is a little stronger than Fukunotomo's Akita Bijin, which has a modest, beautiful skin. I personally prefer the former. Myonoyu's food and sake go well together! It was a great trip to Akita. And I bought a lot of Akita sake 😅.

At Nyuto Onsen Myonoyu Myonoyu limited sake at Nyuto Onsen Fukunotomo Sake Brewery I haven't heard much about them! But it's delicious, and you wouldn't believe it's not alky sake, but a beautiful Akita beauty with modest skin. It was a great family trip. I recommend it.

In Akita A bottle recommended at a long-established sake store in Kita-Akita. They say there is a design of beautiful sake in Akita. It is indeed delicious. It was a well-balanced bottle. Too well-balanced to be impressive... Let's say that over 30% or 40 bottles are more impressive than 20 bottles of 20% or 70%. I can't deny that it's a high level contender. Delicious as a food sake. But those Akita sakes, wow!

Sake brought from Akita. Today it is Strawberry Red. The name "Strawberry Red" suggests a refreshing sweetness. Akita Series Sake souvenirs from Akita purchased at a famous sake store in Kita-Akita City. This low-alcohol sake was the first one we drank at home. It's too hot in Kansai. It's so soft and smooth. Oh, it is not sweet. But when you drink it thoroughly, you will find it refreshingly sweet. Or is it alcohol? An adult sports drink made from rice. We, a couple of weak people, quickly finished a bottle. Delicious! But light. Summer sake! Better than good! My wife says it's a little different from drinking it with cheese. With summer potatoes and plums. Great!

Conquer Miyagi Prefecture and by extension the Tohoku region! It was called No. 9 yeast. The sweetness was light, and although the acidity was apparent, it was not sharp, but rather mild and pleasant to the palate. The aroma is strong and gorgeous, but not outstanding. It has a pure and clean taste. I think it is tasty and I don't dislike it, but my honest impression is that I don't like it that much... But it is hot in summer. Beer tastes good and sake doesn't go down well.
