This muddy sake was the last of the sake from Akita. As this was an active sake, it was strictly forbidden to overturn the bottle and to open it after stirring. It didn't blow at all. However, there was a good amount of bubbling. The name of the wine is said to mean "rustic," but it's not so bad. It has a sophisticated taste. When stirred, it had an overwhelming sense of rice. Sweetness of rice and rice. But the sweetness was not that much. The alcohol content of 17 degrees is not bad, but it's a good one. It goes well with meat dishes and other dishes. For the price, it's a sake that I would be happy to drink again!

At Nyuto Onsen Myonoyu The second bottle following the Myonoyu label of Fukunotomo Delicious! It is a little stronger than Fukunotomo's Akita Bijin, which has a modest, beautiful skin. At Nyuto Onsen Myonoyu Myonoyu limited sake at Nyuto Onsen Fukunotomo Sake Brewery I haven't heard much about them! But it's delicious, and you wouldn't believe it's not alky sake, but a beautiful Akita beauty with modest skin.　It was a great family trip. I recommend it.

In Akita A bottle recommended at a long-established sake store in Kita-Akita. They say there is a design of beautiful sake in Akita. It is indeed delicious. It was a well-balanced bottle. Too well-balanced to be impressive... Let's say that over 30% or 40 bottles are more impressive than 20 bottles of 20% or 70%. I can't deny that it's a high level contender. Delicious as a food sake. Long time no update! Finally, Hokkaido conquered! Kamikawa Daisetsu with high expectations. As it turns out, my expectations may have been too high, but good is good. I'm beginning to understand my propensity for liking things that are a little quirky. Good as a food sake! Hokkaido! Hokkaido's rich summer flavors, such as delicious vegetables, cheese, and butter. The strength of the northern core is as strong as the vegetables, cheese, butter, etc. Drunken old man's ramblings. Sansho is a small but mighty thing. So I'd like to try a different kind!
