What is this lightness?
Sourness and sweetness.
It is so clear that you can see the location of the taste buds on the tongue that sense them.
On the other hand, there are few other elements of sake.
If I say it is close to wine, it is close, but I guess it is the sweetness of rice.
From my thirst on a midsummer's day, 500ml of sake was just a fraction of a second. But 9% is so-so.
By the way, it was produced in Nagano.
I used to live in Nagano, and I used to drink Oshinshu and other such sake, but I had no idea that this different kind of sake would become the first Nagano sake at Sake-no-wa...
I was a drunkard with a lot of memories.
