Floral nectar juice microbubbly!
Elegantly sweet, but I wonder if it's syrupy like someone said.
A trendy sake flavor, if you can call it trendy. I'd like to see other packing tags in stock.
Shimane instead of going to Tottori
I was attracted by the Haruno Red Label and bought it.
It's a good price! It has the right amount of sake flavor and gorgeousness, which is nice because I wasn't expecting it.
Gorgeous from the name.
I imagine it's a little fizzy and grainy.
It's delicious and the sweetness is elegant, but its fizziness is a bit divergent, which is a bit disappointing. It has the feel of sparkling wine, not champagne. The origami is nice and not too thick.
At a farewell party for a colleague
A bottle of Jyushidai cost 1,400 yen!
That's cheap!
That's why I had it.
It was the second time in my life that I had had a bottle of Jyushiyo since I had a pairing at a certain restaurant in Kyoto. It was as I expected. It went down so smoothly. What an elegant sweetness and taste. It was amazingly delicious.
Today is my daughter's graduation ceremony.
We chose this bottle from the seven we had bought for a glamorous sake for a glamorous day.
First, we opened the bottle.
No blowout at all, probably because it had been sitting calmly in the refrigerator. Oh, no, it was not what I expected.
The taste was as expected. It is gorgeous and easy to drink. It could be a little more profound, but the balance is good. You can get drunk easily.
Sweetness, acidity and rice fruity. I wonder what is unique about it.
It is very good.
I couldn't help comparing it to the Jikin I drank the other day. It was like a small Jikin. It has fruity, bitter, and sweet tastes. It is very easy to drink, though. It is a little expensive in terms of price.
First Jikin!
I finished it in 2 days.
It was a special one because something good happened yesterday that marked a milestone.
It is an adult's Ramune that can be drunk without hesitation. It has a bitter taste, but it is pleasantly bitter and the sweetness is not too strong. It has a pleasant bitterness and not too much sweetness. This balance is as expected.
This time it is Junmai Nama, but I can't wait to see what it will be like when it is upgraded to a higher grade 😆 But it is not easy to get.
But it's not easy to find.
Hello Colonel John Smith 😃
Congratulations on your first Jishin ㊗️ 🎉!
You bring a good break 🤗.
Indeed! I'm looking forward to finding another good sake 😊.
I'm a little overwhelmed with the pressure of work and I'm running away to drink.
This is the third in the Nigori-Series.
Mitsui no Kotobuki neve
A great blowout!
It is a muddiness of the richness of rice!
What is it?
No sourness, little sweetness, full-bodied and easy to drink.
Sake with a high rating from everyone means just that!
Wow!
I hope it goes well...
This winter, I thought I'd go for a "nigori" style.
So I bought this 800 NIGORI.
After I bought it, I realized it was made by Gyokusendo.
I had drunk Mukaze before.
And now this time.
My impression was that it was dry without sweetness even though it was nigori.
My personal preference is for sweetness.
I think I had such an impression when I drank Mukashi...
It was a nigori that did not interfere with the meal.
I like nigori sake.
So today we have Sanuki Cloudy, which is called juice rather than sake.
Why is Sanuki called "cloudy" and not "sunny"?
This is a yogurt juice made from rice.
When I was saying this, my child sniffed it and said, "Oh! I guess it's sake after all.
But I don't dislike the sweetness...
This is a sake from Miyazaki that I received as a Furusato tax payment.
The back of the bottle reads.
"Gorgeous aroma and refreshing taste.
is exactly what it says.
It's like a mildly gorgeous Japanese-style dress.
It is light and easy to drink.
If I may say so, I would like a little more acidity.
I had it cold, but I'll try heating it up tomorrow.
Nagano in a hurry!
Sake from Nagano, where I used to live with nostalgia. The Dai-Shinshu I've always wanted to drink.
Yum, yum, yum, yum.
This is really delicious.
The balance of cleanness and mellowness.
The balance of acidity and sweetness.
The balance between sake and non- sake.
It's more like a body blow than a one-shot punch, and it doesn't lose out to the richness of the meal.
It was a complete hit.
One more province to go. We will be a little impatient and drink our inventory!
Nagano is Kame no Umi. Sake from Saku.
Sourness and sake taste are restrained. Sweetness comes first. It is soft and smooth. It is like cotton candy or elegant apple candy. It may not have much depth, but it is very easy to drink. I paired it with motsu nabe for dinner. It was a nice touch.
Only 2 prefectures left to win the national championship!
The last 2 are Miyazaki Prefecture.
Okinawa and Miyazaki are probably one sake brewery. It's a gateway we have to pass through.
This time, I paid tax in Furusato.
It's refreshing and good as a food sake. I would like to drink it with chicken nanban (barbecued chicken). It has a strong sake taste.
Now to the last prefecture!
Good evening Colonel John Smith😃.
After clearing Okinawa and Miyazaki, what will you decorate your goal with already 🤗San-in dry type? I'm looking forward to your post on your national conquest 👋
What a dinagawa... I thought I was unfamiliar with it and this is the second time I've heard of it... This is when this app comes in handy....
So, I bought a bottle from a certain liquor store's mail order site.
Good cost performance. Good label.
Good balance of flavors.
I forgot the exact details...
It is not that impressive, but no bad impression.
At Isetan Kyoto Store
Toast for a family gathering.
Taken after the contents were empty💦.
It was the first time I heard of this brand.
The blowout is not that much attention.
Sweet but not that much. It's nice in moderation. The sizzle is not that much either. The balance is extremely good. It doesn't have the one trick pony feel of the recent past, but...
The first shot of the New Year was in Ishikawa Prefecture, where I was traveling.
What an earthquake...
Yesterday we stayed one night at Kagaya in Noto, and today we will be at Yunokuni Tenjo in Yamashiro Onsen, Kaga Onsenkyo. Noto is in trouble...
I am worried.
I had been looking for a bottle of Naohiko Noguchi Institute's wine to go with today's meal. Junmai. Delicious. It has a good balance of sourness, sweetness, and sake. I rather like it. It was easy to drink.
The aftershocks are still continuing, but I hope they are nothing serious, including the tsunami...
Colonel John Smith, Happy New Year 🎍.
I see you were [Kagaya] the day before the earthquake 😲 I'm so glad we were one day apart.
Please be careful on your way home as there might be some disruption in the traffic situation.
I liked the Christmas label 😢.
A little flat sweet and refreshing with almost no acidity.
Doesn't interfere with food, but...
I drank it with the memory of the old Christmas label and was disappointed...
I was surprised to find that the taste is totally different even if it is the same brand.
Snowman
not sweet
Good taste
Good with any meal.
No wonder it sells so well.
On the other hand, on its own, it might not be enough.
It's best served with a strong snack.
