One more province to go. We will be a little impatient and drink our inventory! Nagano is Kame no Umi. Sake from Saku. Sourness and sake taste are restrained. Sweetness comes first. It is soft and smooth. It is like cotton candy or elegant apple candy. It may not have much depth, but it is very easy to drink. I paired it with motsu nabe for dinner. It was a nice touch.

Only 2 prefectures left to win the national championship! The last 2 are Miyazaki Prefecture. Okinawa and Miyazaki are probably one sake brewery. It's a gateway we have to pass through. This time, I paid tax in Furusato. It's refreshing and good as a food sake. I would like to drink it with chicken nanban (barbecued chicken). It has a strong sake taste. Now to the last prefecture!

What a dinagawa... I thought I was unfamiliar with it and this is the second time I've heard of it... This is when this app comes in handy.... So, I bought a bottle from a certain liquor store's mail order site. Good cost performance. Good label. Good balance of flavors. I forgot the exact details... It is not that impressive, but no bad impression.

The first shot of the New Year was in Ishikawa Prefecture, where I was traveling. What an earthquake... Yesterday we stayed one night at Kagaya in Noto, and today we will be at Yunokuni Tenjo in Yamashiro Onsen, Kaga Onsenkyo. Noto is in trouble... I am worried. I liked the Christmas label 😢. A little flat sweet and refreshing with almost no acidity. Doesn't interfere with food, but... I drank it with the memory of the old Christmas label and was disappointed... I was surprised to find that the taste is totally different even if it is the same brand.

Today we received 7 bottles of sake from a certain sake store. Unfortunately, we do not yet have a sake refrigerator in our house, and my daughter chose one collide to drink a bottle for now due to lack of space. It is rare to find a sake with an English name. Collide is a collision. It is said to be a collision of glamour and ruggedness. I don't know about the ruggedness, but it has a gorgeous impact. It is sweet but not too sweet. Is that ruggedness? It has a gorgeous freshness from the micro-firing and is very tasty. I would like to toast to the happiness of having such a sake on a non-special day.

I finally had a drink, Denshikiku. With medium fatty tuna. With pretty good tuna. The mellowness is as good as the medium fatty tuna. But maybe my expectations were too high. The impression is that it is a little weak in punch. It's good, but I'm not sure if it can be differentiated from other mellow sake. It is a high level of competition. The price is also a good reason to sell out. The bottle ran out quickly.

It was awarded a gold medal at the 2022 Tasty Sake in a Glass of Wine Awards! Today we paired it with oyster ahi jus! It was light and tasty, but I wanted a little more mellowness and sweetness for my taste. I don't know if it's better as a food wine, but I still don't like it. It is easy to drink, but it is easy to drink. I haven't finished it all in one drink, so I'll try heating it lukewarm tomorrow.

Some leakage during transportation. From the air hole in the middle of the lid. I was scared to open the bottle, but it didn't blow out. The first thing I noticed was the clear top clear component. The taste is well-honed. Fruity. More fruity than refreshing. When you mix it and drink it, the richness is added. The umami of rice. It is good. It is not too strong. Kangiku is the best. It is not a legend like Shinmasa or Jyushidai, but it is close to them. It's easy to get, which is a big help. Junmai Daiginjo with this taste at this price. This is a good seller. I will buy it again. It was empty in one night. For me, it is the highest praise!

Tokushima conquest! It has been a while since we updated our prefecture conquests. Superior taste. A strong sweetness that doesn't lose to the darker flavor. It has a sake-like taste, but in a good way. It is difficult to describe this area. I couldn't tell about the aluminum can and the freshly squeezed raw sake. It is very good for the price. It was a once in a lifetime experience.

Kraft saké rice and figs I love Akita. If I can support its recovery, I will buy it even though it is a little expensive. It is made from the dew that comes out of figs. The taste is just like fig dew!　It's just the same as it is, isn't it? Mellow is the perfect word! I think it goes well in a faceted glass. It would be great with some sweet, dried fruits. This craft saké showed me the possibilities that are not confined to the sake category. I would like to drink more!
