At the beginning of February, my eldest son asked me, "Do you know what mansaku flowers are? I got one, do you want it?" Naturally, I said yes and got it. After some time passed, I finally decided to drink it 😆.
Mansaku no Hana Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki 45
I've never had a Mansaku no Hana before, and this one looks more expensive than the ones I've had so far 🤩 (and it has a Japanese paper wrapper on it).
Apparently, Yamada-Nishiki is polished to 45% and aged at low temperature!
Looks a little yellowish.
When you drink it, it looks like a daiginjo? It's clear and beautiful,
but the impression is a bit strong,
The taste of rice You can taste the rice flavor.
Delicious 😋I like it!
On the second day, it tastes even sweeter.

Good morning, Takashi!
I used to get mandarin orange flowers a lot, but this is my first time seeing them 😲.
They look beautiful and delicious 😋.
Your eldest son's thoughtfulness towards his father is also wonderful and you have a good relationship 😊.

Good morning, ma-ki-😊.
This might be the main gift in atmosphere 🎁 but it was delicious 😋.
My eldest son feels that it's because he hardly drinks sake himself 😆😆 Thanks 🥰.

Hi Takashi 🐦.
I too would answer that I'm there just by hearing the word "mansaku" lol, but when I see this one, I'd be gut-punching my heart out and dancing if I were alone 🤣.
I guess it's because he's a good father that he's so thoughtful 😊.

Hi Pon 😊
I never buy 😆 mansaku flowers (they are a bit expensive 😅) myself, I was lucky 😘.
I know I'm not a good father, but my kids are growing up!
