2nd house
Yamazan, not drinking much.
13 degrees low al.
Slightly sour and a slightly complex aftertaste that lingers outside of
Since this restaurant serves mainly home-grown vegetables in small bowls, this kind of sake goes well with it.
Delicious!

I got this for service as there are only a few left.
11 degrees, low-alcoholic and gentle drink.
The timing of the service was perfect, as we were on the fourth stage of drinking Shinshu sake, except for the first glass of Genmai, which was rather solid.
Well, in contrast to the Takaten, this sake is not at all strong, but rather light (the Takaten tastes so good today!).
I am grateful that I was able to drink a rare sake in an unusual way!
No wonder it is so popular!
By the way, we don't carry any sake from outside of the prefecture!
They only have a certain brand of in-prefecture sake.
We used to have Kame-ling (Miyama's only sake), but it's gone now!
We are a yakitori restaurant, so...
Kameiring's popularity is affecting this kind of restaurant, too.

I've already had a couple of drinks, but I still have some karasumi left, so I'm going to finish it off with half a bottle of warmed sake!
Is this your first time heating up Hirotogawa?
Heated Hirotogawa sake must be absolutely delicious!
I'd say it's just before hot sake.
Just the right temperature for karasumi!
The sweetness remains in the heated sake, and there is no bitterness or other unpleasant taste, making it a beautiful sake.
I would like to compare it with cold sake, but I think it has a stronger sweetness than cold sake.
Heated sake is the best!

kyumaiyari-ri (a village in the southwestern part of Japan)
A rich, mellow taste of sinking sake yeast, but with a modern atmosphere.
This is really delicious.
It is a delicious sake that goes very well with karasumi!
☆☆☆☆☆
Fresh and rather guttural, this is also a sake with a dry taste.
The aftertaste is not very long, but it leaves the impression that it is smoothly drained away while leaving a bitter and cloying taste.
Delicious!

I thought I'd had one of these before, but I don't think I ever checked in.
It's crisp and refreshing and suitable for eating in.
Most of the sake I've had so far has been overshadowed by the taste of the saikyo-yaki, but this one complements both and tastes great!
It is a rare sake in this store, but I like it.
Delicious!

Classical and modern
Exquisite and easy to get into, while still retaining its quirks.
It's a draft sake, but I think it would be great warmed up to lukewarm!
Delicious!

Piquant, fresh and sweet
Slightly tangy acidity
Delicious sake with a clean finish
Apparently they had the same one a year ago, so it must have been in the store lineup at this time last year!
I'm drinking the first glass as if I'm going to finish it right away!

It's been a cold sake holiday season, so it's time to warm up some sake!
We enjoyed heated sake at Kanetanoshi!
It's fun to watch the temperature with a sake warmer while heating the sake!
I think I felt the roundness of the sake when it was warmed up rather than hot.
A little tangy at higher temperatures, but rounded at lukewarm!
The taste is both refreshing and rich.
It was the best bottle of sake I've ever tasted that was both delicious and fun to warm up 😀.

Delicious with a slightly tangy, dry feel and a delicious, yet refreshing taste.
It is 17.5 degrees, so a little high in alcohol content?
It's a tasty sake with a high strength, but it's also refreshing!

First wine store, then a standing bar (chair seating) because I wanted to drink sake after eating kibinago fritters (tempura).
At first the bar was full, which was unusual for a standing bar, but soon a seat became available and we sat down on chairs.
The fritters were tangy with a hint of sweetness.
It was delicious!
I don't know what the fine taste is anymore, but I'm sure it's delicious!

Is this new to you too?
I think it's about the same as how to put on a top-heat to hot-ish?
No peculiarities, just a nice, clean warmed sake.
This is delicious.
It's a little lackluster, so it's suitable for a clear warmed sake.
I thought it would be better for a clear warmed sake, but as the temperature drops, it starts to have a slightly tangy, dry feel to it.

Sake with an impression of acidity that intensifies the dryness.
It is dry, but the aftertaste is rounded out and becomes more umami, so it does not leave the impression of being super dry as it first appears.
It is not a sharp, crisp, dry sake, but it is delicious!

Shiga Spring
Sweeter than expected? No, a little spicier?
The sweetness seems to prevail as the sweetness becomes stronger with a long aftertaste?
Delicious!
