Sourness is strong and clear.
Slightly bitter aftertaste that quickly fades away.
It's low in alcohol and easy to drink.
I drank it all in one gulp!

Craft Sake
More like a soda water with diluted melon juice than a strong melon flavor.
I think the sweetness is weaker than expected
It's delicious and refreshing!
☆☆☆☆☆
Delicious with a good balance of rich flavor, sweetness and acidity while still having a firm gusto.
It also has a nice aroma and may be my favorite sake I've had in Miyoshi City!
I've had Miyoshikiku several times, so I chose this one over Yoshimizu, and I was right!
I drank it with Handa Somen, so it has a Tokushima feel to it, which is great!
I wish Miyoshi (Awa Ikeda) would focus more on local sake since they have their own sake brewery!
By the way, I got a sake cup from the Shikoku Sake Festival because they had some leftover goods!
The sake shop in Ikeda was very responsive and made a good impression on me!

Day 2 of Tokushima trip
Today we climbed Mt. Kenzan and Jirooi, went sightseeing in Oku-Iya, visited the Iya Pissing Boy in Iya, and enjoyed the Ikeda Awaodori dance performance in Awa Ikeda.
I drank Ima-Komachi and Yoshimizu at room temperature at a stall and then went into the restaurant!
At first, I had a bottle of Miyoshikiku...
I think I'm limited to one cup since they only have 300ml bottles.
It's the same type of sourness as last night's one-cup, finally getting to the cold sake and it's delicious!
It's a shame that there are no drinking establishments in Ikeda that seem to focus on local sake, even though there are three breweries in Miyoshi City!

The second cup is Hangsui Tokujun.
This one has a slightly old-fashioned taste.
It may be dry, but the taste is not refreshing, but rather full-bodied.
The mountain cuisine is too good to be matched with sake!

Tokushima Trip Day 1
We visited Awa no Tsuchibashira, Udatsu no Machinami, Oboke Koboke, Kazura Bridge, and more!
Tonight we are staying at a ryokan near the Kazura Bridge and drinking at the ryokan because there are no restaurants open at night around the ryokan!
First of all, Miyoshikiku, served in a single cup!
It's a fruity one!
Slightly alcoholic at the back.
It's at room temperature, but I'd like to drink it chilled!
Delicious!

Sake degree -44
But 15% alcohol by volume
Super sweet!
Sweetest sake I've ever had, including kijoshu, and the sweetness is beautiful!
What a feeling!
Maybe it's perfect as a dessert sake!
And it tastes great as a drink too!
☆☆☆☆☆
Low-Al 13 degrees.
It's a refreshingly sweet taste, my favorite of the low alcohol sweet kind!
It's delicious and can be used as an in-between meal.
☆☆☆☆☆
It was a bonbon in Matsumoto today, but I went into a bar early to cool off!
The second bar!
A moderately refreshing sweet and slightly sour sake!
It was delicious, and I drank it all without any snacks, just talking with the master!
☆☆☆☆☆
I'll drink some more.
So, Keitora's summer sake.
The aroma smells like sake, but it is refreshing. It was left in the store at room temperature, so it still has a sense of not being fully chilled yet.
This is a sake that should be chilled to the perfect temperature.
It is very satisfying because it has the umami of rice like Junmai.
The aroma seems to be good at room temperature or even heated, but what do you think?
It's clean, well-balanced and delicious, just like Keitora.

Shuwatchi!
Just like the name, it's just as shwashy as it sounds.
Light flavor, a little sweet and bitter acidity, then sweet and deliciousness comes in a swoosh!
Refreshing and delicious to drink!
☆☆☆☆☆
I'll have it with warmed sake.
The customer next to me was drinking heated sake, so I couldn't resist.
I think it was lukewarm. It has a more lactic acidity than cold sake, which is delicious in its own way!
Heated sake is good even in summer!

It's kind of a blend of things.
Sari Ito's "Hate?" As an old guy who likes it, I was curious about the label.
Most of the sake is 7-year-old junmai, a little 4-year-old nama-hashimoto junmai, and a little honjozo sake. They said it might be
The color of the sake gave the impression of an aged sake, and so did the taste.
It has a sweet taste with a slight smokiness, and in my opinion, it is totally delicious!
It seems to be a gentle impression for an aged sake, though tastes may differ.
What?
☆☆☆☆☆
Is this the first time I've tried this instrument Masamune?
It was low al sake.
It's a low alcohol sake, but it's very tasty, with a strong richness and umami that you don't feel it.
Light and tasty sake, the best!

A little out of season?
Even during the rainy season, the temptation of pink is there!
I've been sick and tired all week, so this kind of mild and gentle drink goes in more easily.
Chiebijin is really good. Delicious!
