BreadfanThis is another white wine I'm aiming for, but a mellower one. Sweet? Many people may think this one is more like a regular white wine, but if it's a white wine, Patire definitely wins in taste. Was it the wrong opponent? BreadfanHitogochi 100%. With a low alcohol content of 13%, it has acidity, sharpness, and a delicious rice flavor.
It tastes close to Abe Shuzo's VEGA, which is my personal favorite. I love this kind of concept sake aimed at white wine!
I also like wine, so white wine with this kind of acidity and sharpness is absolutely delicious! ふじたClear and easy to drink. Refreshing. ふじたFruity and sweet like a muscat. The fizz is also well fizzy and tasty. ハマのオーラThe second cup was MIYASAKA from Miyasaka Shuzo, one of the five Suwa breweries! MIYASAKA is a freshly squeezed, undiluted sake. The design on the label is said to be based on the number 7 yeast strain. ハマのオーラIt's been a while since I've been to Matsumoto's Fuurin Kazan! This time, after seeing a private exhibition in Nakano City (illustrated by Bay Stars player Maki) and monkeys in Jigokudani in Yudanaka, we enjoyed our regular stay in Matsumoto! Yukimi" by Shigaizumi Sake Brewery in Nakano City, the hometown of Shugo Maki of the Yokohama DeNA BayStars. It is a junmai ginjo nigori sake! It is a cloudy sake with a slight effervescence. It is a full-bodied, yet slightly effervescent sake that is easy to drink. This time, in connection with Maki, we served sashimi of sardines from Kanagawa Prefecture. We paired it with sashimi of Japanese anchovy from Kanagawa Prefecture. superbebeA few years ago, I drank an expensive bottle of Shang Moon Shikyoku.
I remember it was about 10,000 yuan per bottle.

ハマのオーラThe third glass was Kurosawa Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Harazake from Minamisaku. I ordered it because I thought it would go well with a menu item I ordered with it called "Arima-ni" (horse meat stew). This sake has a vintage like wine. Mellow and crisp. ハマのオーラThe second cup was YOKOBUE from Yokobue in the Suwa region. A sharp, dry sake from Yokobue, who dares not to fire-burn it! ハマのオーラFull marks to Matsumoto's Fuurin Kazan! First, we chose Honkin's Hanpukai Limited Edition Sake smooth. This is a mysterious sake with undisclosed specs that I did not know existed even though I live in Chino in the Suwa region. After drinking Mutsu Hassen Pink and Nanbu Bijin at the second house, and before dawn at the third, I was curious about the Mikotsuru poured from an unknown server.
Sweet and sour and fresh! I think it's sweeter than the usual Mikotsuru, but I'm not sure if that's the case.
The freshness is definitely there. I prefer it a little less sweet, but it's definitely delicious.
By the way, there was an old man who drank Nabeshima at the second restaurant and complained that it wasn't spicy enough, but he should have just drank Kubota or Somaebari Tsuru.
