This is another white wine I'm aiming for, but a mellower one. Sweet? Many people may think this one is more like a regular white wine, but if it's a white wine, Patire definitely wins in taste. Was it the wrong opponent?

Hitogochi 100%. With a low alcohol content of 13%, it has acidity, sharpness, and a delicious rice flavor. It tastes close to Abe Shuzo's VEGA, which is my personal favorite. I love this kind of concept sake aimed at white wine! I also like wine, so white wine with this kind of acidity and sharpness is absolutely delicious!

It's been a while since I've been to Matsumoto's Fuurin Kazan! This time, after seeing a private exhibition in Nakano City (illustrated by Bay Stars player Maki) and monkeys in Jigokudani in Yudanaka, we enjoyed our regular stay in Matsumoto!  Yukimi" by Shigaizumi Sake Brewery in Nakano City, the hometown of Shugo Maki of the Yokohama DeNA BayStars. It is a junmai ginjo nigori sake!  It is a cloudy sake with a slight effervescence. It is a full-bodied, yet slightly effervescent sake that is easy to drink. This time, in connection with Maki, we served sashimi of sardines from Kanagawa Prefecture. We paired it with sashimi of Japanese anchovy from Kanagawa Prefecture.

A few years ago, I drank an expensive bottle of Shang Moon Shikyoku. I remember it was about 10,000 yuan per bottle. It is a very expensive liquor, but incredibly delicious! This is also Kangetsu This is a series of sake called "Houjou This is a very rare sake! It is a limited edition sake that is only available at less than 10 of Daishinshu's distributors nationwide! I was curious and asked for it😄. Not too strong aroma Slightly effervescent Nice light sweetness Mellow taste with a hint of rice flavor Moderate but not boring to drink Goes well with meals Good grilled yellowtail with salt Grilling technique and the quality of the fish I couldn't help but notice something on the side of the plate It's locust tsukudani. lol 🤣

Toyoka Keg Draft Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu At Matsumoto Fu-Rin-Kazan First experience with Toyoka Keg Draft As the name suggests, it has a rich aroma - very fruity! Melon! Peach! SUPER fresh and SUPER juicy! Shuwa shuwa 😆 Elegant and gently sweet No bitterness You can drink it all the time without getting bored YUMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA! Shinshu Azumino is famous for wasabi! I was curious and ordered it! Wasabi leaf in soy sauce! It's still good! I've never eaten wasabi leaves before! The grilled saury is also great! The fatty fish is so good! Taiwan also has a lot of akitogi! But the meat is always dry! And if you come to Matsumoto, you must try Sanzoku-yaki! It's also very tasty!

The third glass was Kurosawa Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Harazake from Minamisaku. I ordered it because I thought it would go well with a menu item I ordered with it called "Arima-ni" (horse meat stew). This sake has a vintage like wine. Mellow and crisp.

Full marks to Matsumoto's Fuurin Kazan! First, we chose Honkin's Hanpukai Limited Edition Sake smooth. This is a mysterious sake with undisclosed specs that I did not know existed even though I live in Chino in the Suwa region. When I tried it, it was super, super fruity. It was as fruity as pineapple juice! It is not alcohol-added, so it is junmai (pure rice).

Mikotsuru Junmai Ginjo Nama Draft Encounter at Izakaya Fuurinkazan in Matsumoto, Nagano 🤩. It is said to be limited to this store. Nama Draught Sake? Sake poured from a raw barrel sake server. How strong is it? It's so fresh and delicious 🤗. Grape-like flavor, sizzling mouthfeel ...Gokotsuru, I love it lol!

☆☆☆☆☆ After drinking Mutsu Hassen Pink and Nanbu Bijin at the second house, and before dawn at the third, I was curious about the Mikotsuru poured from an unknown server. Sweet and sour and fresh! I think it's sweeter than the usual Mikotsuru, but I'm not sure if that's the case. The freshness is definitely there. I prefer it a little less sweet, but it's definitely delicious. By the way, there was an old man who drank Nabeshima at the second restaurant and complained that it wasn't spicy enough, but he should have just drank Kubota or Somaebari Tsuru. But it's difficult to say sweet and spicy, isn't it?
