No.6It's been a while, hasn't it?
Some of the restaurants I rotate through always have Shinsei on tap, so I don't drink it often, but it's always good!
Needless to say, it's the best!
What do you mean by fully fermented? Clear and a little sour. The aroma is also sharp with a twang.
It's not so much sharp as it is it goes right through. The aftertaste is a little sour.
It is a beautiful sake and delicious!
The first sip was different from what I imagined Shizuoka sake to be.
The second sip was a little crisp, but what was it? I was wondering if Kaiun was like this?
I was thinking, "I don't remember Kaiun being like this," and before I knew it, it was gone.
Maybe summer sake in winter is good? Maybe it's good because it's Yamamoto?
It's refreshing and tasty.
When it gets cold, I prefer relatively mellow sake and coffee as well, but this kind of sake is not bad either!
More acidic and a little paler than I expected.
A little yellowish? It tastes a little like sake, but it's well put together and delicious!
I have bought some Kamikigen at my favorite liquor store, but it is rare to drink it outside.
Nice sweetness and pleasant acidity lingers.
Since it was the last glass, does it have a different impression than right after opening the bottle?
It's a good Collage, it's always a good Collage.
I may be new to Viridian.
New political impression is rather calm.
Delicious!
Definitely a tasty one, the second one.
Deliciousness that will not betray you ぎゃばん☆☆☆☆☆
A tasty one.
I know, I know, even before I drink it.
A little stronger than normal? It has a little bit of a habit, but it also has a good flavor, so it's delicious!
Slightly sweet behind the acidity.
I prefer the orthodox Bikou, but this is delicious too!
The lineup is still summer sake
Deliciously refreshing sweetness and sourness, summer fruitiness
It was hot in Matsumoto today, so you can still enjoy summer sake!
Delicious sun-dried fish.
I'm pairing it with chicken thighs in red wine, not fish, but I think it would be great with meat too!
I still like hidakami!
A little sharp and dry sake around here.
It's just plain good.
Unusual Kijoshu of Tasake.
It's not the kijoshu I was expecting, it's not as sweet as I thought it would be, and has a sourness to it.
It's not like Shinmasa, and it's not like the sourness of summer sake.
But it's also a bit like what we're used to these days.
Why not just make it a kijoshu? I wonder if I'd be offended if I said that.
It's not what I expected, but the result is delicious 😃.
Light nigori. Sweeter Kuheiji.
A little sourness comes later, but it's easy to drink and delicious.
opening of the mouth
Fresh and refreshing, with a slight bitterness and sweetness to follow.
I like Kochi sake, but this is a CEL-24, so it's a bit like that.
Might be a good first drink after a workout.
Delicious!
I added one more dish as recommended and I'm ready for another round.
Has it been a while since Misuzu? I am not sure. This is delicious. Daishinshu is becoming popular, but I think this is good too.
There is the problem of Shinshu sake becoming too popular, but, well, there are still good sake without affecting it.
I can drink Shinsei at this restaurant, so I rarely drink it anywhere else. And I drink other sake because it is always available at this store. This is the No. 6 R.
Shinmasa is easy to drink, so it is hard to finish it in one gulp.
Long time no see Shinsei Ecru. It's delicious. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
