適当に飲む。 信州諏訪湖周辺住みなので信州の酒が多いかも。やっぱり地酒一番。地元高天からくち最高です。 信州はもちろん、東北、四国、九州辺りの酒は比較的好き。です。 ☆の数は美味しさ評価ですが、基本☆×5 オンリーです。なんでも美味しいです。 （味覚音痴と語彙力なし。皆さんよく細かい味わいまで表現できると感嘆しております。） 外飲みメインで飲むのに一生懸命なので、なかなか絡めませんがすみません。

☆☆☆☆☆ Huh? There should be a few check-ins there for Kamo Kanehide, but the search only shows one check-in for me? No, no, no, I'm sure you've had a few drinks at Mr. Deep Sake. I'm pretty sure I don't drink much sake from Hiroshima, along with the Chukyo area, but I don't think there's really one case. Personally, I find Hiroshima sake to be rather dry, and it's good with food in the middle to end of the day. It's at its best at these times!

☆☆☆☆☆ A stable, food-friendly sake around here. Delicious right in the middle! It has no quirks, and the taste is honestly delicious. Even if the umami richness were a little stronger, it would not interfere with food, but I wonder if the right balance is the reason for another glass. Definitely delicious!

☆☆☆☆☆ Looks like there was no check-in of any kind. When you put it in your mouth and drink it, it's a sizzling, rich sour taste. Not the sour kind. Sourness with sweetness and flavor. The label says "Like strawberries..." Is it the old sour strawberry? They are growing deliciously😃.

☆☆☆☆☆ I was able to get in after a very long wait😃. I feel like I'm booked up. Today and tomorrow is the Craft Fair, but unfortunately the weather is unfortunate. I've been trying to avoid buying sake cups and other things. The first drink was a glass of "Hiran". Light and somewhat light. The complex umami with a bitter taste clears up afterwards, and the aftertaste is a little long! Light and just right for the first cup. Delicious!

☆☆☆☆☆ It seems like it's been a very long time since I've been to the Wind Forest. I haven't had that much to drink ❓️ Mouth opening, Aizan 807 Moderate gassiness and cloying taste. I don't think it has the grapes and muscateliness of the label at the moment. Refreshing, sparkling and delicious.

☆☆☆☆☆ I thought it was sweet and sour, but it was a dry rosé. I got the impression that it was more suitable for eating than for aperitifs. It doesn't have the impact you'd expect from its pink appearance, but it's a delicious sake in general.

☆☆☆☆☆ Yesterday was spring sake, today Masumi Suzumisake is summer sake ☀☀☀. I heard it goes well with summer dishes, but since the season is still spring, I'll drink it with bamboo shoots and Japanese butterbur. It's refreshingly fresh, moderately sweet with fresh fruit and citric acidity. It's my kind of delicious summer sake that doesn't focus only on the acidity! Masumi is good too, after all! Postscript I think the acidity gets stronger as time goes by.

☆☆☆☆☆ Since it's a holiday weekend without going out, we will have a relaxing drink at Kamikigen. It is a refreshing sake with citrus-like acidity and a slight gaseous sensation. Not only the acidity but also the fresh umami comes in a flash and it's delicious☺.
