適当に飲む。 信州諏訪湖周辺住みなので信州の酒が多いかも。やっぱり地酒一番。地元高天からくち最高です。 信州はもちろん、東北、四国、九州辺りの酒は比較的好き。です。 ☆の数は美味しさ評価ですが、基本☆×5 オンリーです。なんでも美味しいです。 (味覚音痴と語彙力なし。皆さんよく細かい味わいまで表現できると感嘆しております。) 外飲みメインで飲むのに一生懸命なので、なかなか絡めませんがすみません。

☆☆☆☆☆ Why hiya oroshi in this hot weather? Seriously. I think it would be better for the industry to ship it according to the season, but summer sake is summer sake and I'm not happy with the seasoning, so oh well... And, well, it's aged well. Delicious with a mellow flavor.

☆☆☆☆☆ I wanted to come here as the first stop, but the place was full, so I just hung around and asked them to call me when a seat becomes available. I feel like all the bars in Matsumoto are crowded today. I thought the place I went to would be empty, but it was kind of busy, so I drank 1.5 gos of sake, and then I got a call, so I went here. The first cup, already hiyaoroshi? It's so rich and matured! It has a different flavor from summer sake and is delicious!

☆☆☆☆☆ I accidentally checked in before drinking once... The bottle was not marked as open, but the bottle popped open... Not particularly fizzy! Test rice brewing Among the recent Nakanori's sake I drank, this one has a slightly refreshing acidity. There is a little bit of Nakanori's typical umami and sweetness later on, but overall, it is a very refreshing sake. Although it is called "test rice", it is still a delicious brew!

☆☆☆☆☆ Yamada Nishiki, gorgeous aroma and sweetness, but not as sweet as the aroma? Compared to the Yamasan I've had so far, it's a bit more refreshingly sour, but maybe that's because I'm still tasting the myoga in the cold tofu. Yamazan is becoming quite popular. It is delicious!

☆☆☆☆☆ Heading to Matsumoto to see my mom, who I can only see on weekdays. Before that, a quick drink. It's dry, but has the flavor and sweetness typical of Haneya, without the crisp dryness. A delicious dry sake that would go well with food!

☆☆☆☆☆ This is served at room temperature The color gives a sense of maturity! Delicious with an old sake character that doesn't disappoint! Lovely aroma and taste! I'd like to pair it with a richer dish, but it's a shame that it's finished off with a fluffy omelette in dashi broth! It's too good both chilled and heated!

It's basically a slightly smoky sourness, but there's some kind of honey-like sweetness to it... Among the so-called "sour-sour" types, I kind of like it and it's delicious!

☆☆☆☆☆ I hear it's hot right now? Great Snowy Mountains Citric acid sour type? Not even white wine. Very different from the usual Daisetsuken, maybe they were going for modernity? Personally, I thought it could have more of the gusto that is typical of Daisetsuken, because I was expecting the so-called Daisetsuken-ness of Daisetsuken. It's good for drinking as a summer sake. The sweetness spreads in the mouth and the umami is delicious! Daisetsukenkei also produces a variety of sake.

☆☆☆☆☆ Classical label. The color is slightly yellowish with a pure rice flavor. However, it is not old-fashioned, but rather a dry and delicious sake with a strong umami taste. Sake rice is Yamae-Nishiki, and compared to the Yamae-Nishiki sake we have had so far, this is a delicious sake with strong acidity and dryness, and you can feel the potential of the sake rice!

☆☆☆☆☆ My first time at this restaurant I was curious about this place after reading an article in the Matsumoto Keizai Shimbun and reading online reviews, so I came here! Small and cozy store, fresh owner. Looks quite nice☺. The first drink was a "drunkenemon", which was my first time! It is a summer sake with a refreshing acidity. It has a rather long lingering impression, leaving a faint sweetness behind. It was a delicious summer sake!
