About hot, it's as sharp and dry as it can be.
As it gets a little closer to kamikan, it becomes rounder and softer.
Gentle as the temperature drops further.

I don't think there's much aroma (I can't really smell it due to chronic congestion), but it's surprisingly robust and drinkable.
I think this one is good for warming up too.

Sake with a shwashy feeling. I've had a lot of summer sakes that are more dry, but this one is tangy and carbonated.
I love Kochi sake, but Bunkajin didn't check in. I've heard that the orthodox version is also delicious, so I'd love to try it.

Kirei sweet fruity. It has a sharp taste and the sweetness doesn't come to the forefront. This makes it refreshing to drink, which is good for the coming season. It has the lightness on the label, but it also has a fairly robust flavor, so it is a summer sake that is not too light, but is drinkable in its own way. Delicious.
