This year, the encounter rate has increased quite a bit. Perhaps we have somehow gotten the hang of encountering the tortoise age? When you take a sip, it has a nice, flowery aroma. It has a little gasiness. It is quite sweet. The strong acidity comes out soon, and it is a wonder that the balance is so good as a result. It would have been great if it would have been crisp and clean, but in the second half, there is a fairly strong alcohol taste and bitterness. Nevertheless, Shinshu Kamerei is still delicious. If the alcohol content was lowered a little more, it might become the best Kamerei!

I was abroad the week before last and thought I was going to drink a lot of sake when I got back home, but to my surprise, I imported Corona from overseas and had to leave it for another week. The first bottle after I got back in shape was a light nigori sake from Tetorigawa. Not Yoshida Kurau, but Tedorigawa, which is familiar to Hokuriku people. I am looking forward to it. The aroma is just like yogurt itself. It is rare to find such a lactic acid aroma. The gasiness is not as strong as expected. Gentle sweetness. It is nice. The acidity is strong. It might be Yamahai, though it is not written specifically. The acidity is sharp and ends crisply. I felt a light ripeness aroma on the way, so I assumed it was peculiar to Yamahai, but as expected from Yoshida Shuzo, they made a very easy-to-drink finish! This sake is of a very high level.

A typical Japanese refreshing drink after a strong individual sake. Now, I wonder if I can do it justice... The first sip left me feeling that it was too thin, clearly influenced by the Hizirizm. I will try again the next day. As a result, yes, it was delicious! The aroma was mild, as usual. Slightly rummy. Slightly gassy. Sweet and refreshing, with a refreshing acidity, the best summer sake as usual! The second half is crisp and finishes with a mild acidity. Akabu's seasonal sake never misses. I can drink them with no worries! I've never had the Mountain, which is supposed to be next on the list, and I'd love to buy it, but I'm traveling overseas next week.... No matter what, it can't be helped!

It's been a very long time since I bought a bottle of Saint. Moreover, it is a very unique bottle, a very low-alcohol sake made in the state of the sake mother. I thought it would probably be hard to open, so I started to open it and it took me a solid hour to finish! This is the most difficult sake ever to open! From the aroma, it is a sour type of sake with citrus, yogurt, sweet sake, and so on! The gasiness is, of course, a bit gaseous. It's a taste that can no longer be described from a sake perspective. It has a sourness like lemon water and a sweetness that goes surprisingly well with the sourness. You can drink it as if it were a juice, and there is no sense of alcohol. When you notice it, it ends up like you have just swallowed a Calpis Lemon Sour (what the heck is that?). I highly recommend it to those who are getting lazy in the summer heat. It will be gone in no time!

Good evening, disry. I just recently had this one on my first saint 🎵. You held out for an hour to open the bottle 💧. Indeed! I was drinking it with my husband and I and it was gone in no time 😊It's a drink that can be drunk quickly on a hot day.

ma-ki- sorry for the delay in replying to you: 🙇🏻 That's a medium first meeting for a first sanctuary 😁. It's a bit buggy to drink this low in degrees 😆. I hope I can buy it again next year: ‼️

Purchased Yoshida Kurau's summer sake again this year. In addition, I also bought some summer sake from Tedorigawa, which I can't wait to drink... This year's Night & Dance has a mild aroma as usual, with a hint of citrus. Slight citrus. Slight citrus. Surprisingly, the sweetness comes first. The acidity is weak, so the sweetness stands out. The second half of the bottle is very quick and sharp. But the sweetness remains slightly. Delicious, but hmmm, I personally would like a little more acidity... But since they keep this flavor every year, I guess that's the kind of sake it is.

The high-end line of Kouei Chrysanthemum. I bought some Koei Kiku at a pretty good price before, but the taste was shocking, so I honestly wasn't sure about this time... But after reading your comments, I took the plunge and bought it! The conclusion was.......a great decision! Anyway, the aroma is great. Fresh muscat and caramel-like aged aroma. Exquisite balance. Slightly gassy. The sweetness is moderate, but the acidity comes in quickly. Last time, the acidity was quite harsh and I felt the difficulty of aged sake, but this time the strength and length are exquisite. It is quite delicious. The acidity continues moderately in the latter half and finishes pleasantly. A great taste that is well worth the high price. But the cheaper ones are even better!

I got some of Wadaya's hanpukai products, which were usually sold as a handout. I had almost blown out a bottle of Sharaku from the hanpukai before, so I tried to open it carefully, but the bottle automatically opened while I was removing the metal fittings. I held it down with my hand to escape the difficulty. When I took a sip, the fragrant melon aroma spread in my mouth. The gasiness is quite strong. It is a bit sweet because it is nigori, but because of the strong gassiness, it does not bother me too much; in fact, it is rather refreshing. The second half has a strong umami flavor with a bit of bitterness, and the finish is nice. There is also a sense of alcohol, but it is not unpleasant. I haven't had Sharaku/Miyazumi for a while now, but it is still delicious. I wonder if I can still buy Sharaku's Summer Gin.

I went to a few liquor stores today and didn't catch any Senkou UA stag beetles. Chickenshit, I'll have to change my mind with a Kabuto-bug! The aroma is soft lactic acidic. Not too strong. No gassiness. The sweetness of this year's Kabutomushi is quite restrained, and the acidity is crisp and strong as usual. In other words, it is quite dry this year. The acidity does not linger on in an unpleasant way, and it is very refreshing and crisp. Yes, it's a quintessence! This sake is clearly more acidic than the Kaze no Mori we had one year ago. Sourness is justice, after all. Let's keep looking for stag beetles tomorrow!

Annual summer night sky. This year's frequency is 11%. The aroma is very nice, muscat and cemedine. Really nice aroma. The gasiness is strong. Crisp and sweet with a crisp and firm acidity. Exquisite strength and balance. The acidity is not persistent, and the finish is relatively short and clean. This year, it is even better than usual. I wish they would release it all year round. I like this kind of sake the best, not too thick, not too thin, and with a low alcohol content.

A summery series by Akabu, a bit different from Air or Sea, a mysterious series... The scent is refreshing. It's hard to describe, but it's a bit citrusy. No gassiness. The sweetness comes in strong and juicy, and then the acidity changes it to a refreshing atmosphere. After the acidity, the umami comes on top and finishes pleasantly. It is a little more classical than usual, but it's really good. It's been a while since I've had a sake that tastes like sake. The jacket looks like it was made in the summer! But I think it would be good to drink after autumn!

It's been a few years since I've had a taste of Kamikawa Taisetsu. I bought it for the first time in a long time, knowing that this white malted rice product has a good reputation. The aroma is citrusy, lactic acidic, and a bit candy-like with a thick atmosphere. There is almost no gassiness. It has a strong sweetness and a strong acidity. It is quite unique. The acidity is strong and finishes strong. The acidity power of white yeast malt is amazing. It is a summer bottle. It also has a good amount of Yamahai flavor, so it is recommended for those who like it.

I haven't had much luck with Akabu's rice series, but I've heard rave reviews from colleagues at work and have high expectations. The first sip of the cold brew was delicious! I just couldn't stop myself from saying it. The aroma is mild, and I'm not sure what kind, but it's refreshing. No gassy feeling. The sweetness and sourness are perfectly balanced. It is like drinking Jikin. In the latter half, the acidity continues pleasantly, and it finishes quickly. It is as good as it is rumored to be. It is especially great when it is cold.

I bought Fukkai, which I liked the last time I drank it, because they have a sparkling version. I'm looking forward to it. Nice aroma of melon. Not too strong, but refreshing and nice. The gasiness is not too strong, but it is enough for a sparkling wine. Gentle sweetness. Of course there is an assertion of acidity, but this crisp sweetness is impressive. The acidity is refreshing and goes down smoothly. It finishes with a delicious bitterness. It is dry and not flashy, but the level is really high. This is a new trend in non-caps. High expectations for the future!

I found this Bodai Hashiwado Mimuro Sugi at Seibu Ikebukuro on a whim. I bought it on impulse because it was low in alcohol and had a cool jacket. The aroma is mild lactic acid and cemedine. I like it. No gassiness. Crisp sweetness. I expected a harsh acidity after that, but it's also refreshingly sour and crisp. The aftertaste is a gentle acidity that lingers on smoothly. The level is high. I thought it was the kind of sake served at a nice restaurant. I have not had much luck with Mimuro Cedar since my favorite liquor store does not carry it, but I would like to try it in the future.

I remember the same thing from last year, but I was still attracted by the beauty of this bottle and bought it again this year. The fragrance is a nice muscat scent. I like it. The gasiness is not too strong nor too weak. Sweet and crisp, with a strong acidity! Much better than last year! The acidity continues in the second half of the bottle, but it finishes pleasantly. Very satisfying! Definitely in the top 10 of this season. So delicious that I drank too much yesterday and went down....

It's been a long time since I bought it, but tonight I opened a bottle of Tsuchida's oddball. Wow, it's unique. A very dark, bright yellow sake. Half-wits like myself can't take it head-on! So, referring to Tsuchida's installations, I tried a sake cocktail or a sake sour this time. The first drink was a sake tonic made with Tsuchida and tonic water! The strong sweet and sour taste of Tsuchida combined with the bitterness of the tonic made me gulp it down! The second drink was a sake lemon sour with Tsuchida, lemon soda water, and Pokka lemon! Again, the sweetness of the Tsuchida was combined with the refreshing acidity of the lemon, and it went well with the nabe (hot pot) we had for dinner! This is a great way to drink sake! Highly recommended!

Stable red-built seasonal products, purchased again this year. The aroma is quite crisp and capricious. You may not come across this level of freshness very often. The gasiness is not so strong, which makes it more refreshing. The sweetness is moderate and the acidity is strong. It is crisp with a sourness. As it warms up, the acidity continues until the latter half of the bottle. It is a delicious wine with nothing to say. I feel like I've been buying only Akabu and Senkyoku lately, but it can't be helped because they are delicious. And I bought another bottle of Akabu a few days ago.

Opened a bottle of the rumored Sentori limited edition. We are looking forward to it. The aroma was very lactic acidic. It's been a while since I've had something this good. The gasiness is very slight. The sweetness and acidity are quite strong. Of course, the acidity is strong, but the sweetness is also very strong. But it is still very acidic and finishes with a squeaky sourness. This is a bottle for those who like lactic acidity and sourness. You can drink it little by little all the time without getting tired of it. I thought, "I've had this somewhere before..." It's Kabutowushi! It's almost that time of year.

I didn't expect it to be released again this year! No. 1 in the nigori/sparkling category last season! (*My own research) It took 5 minutes to open and close the screw when opening the bottle. The aroma was muscat, melon and banana. Nice aroma. The gasiness is a bit gaseous. The sweetness is impressive on the first day, and the acidity is dominant on the second day. Both are great. The acidity is followed by an astringent taste, and the end result is like after eating citrus! It's great again this year! I'm already drinking the kuikui! I'm getting drunk!

Opened a bottle of Sairai seasonal sake. It is low-alcohol, so I'm looking forward to it. On the first day, I felt a rather harsh alcohol taste, but it calmed down on the second day and became easier to drink. The aroma was the usual lactic acid type, but a little less so. A little gassy. Both sweetness and sourness are strong, but the sourness is more impressive. The strong acidity is followed by a giggly taste, and finishes with a mixture of bitterness and a sense of alcohol. On the third day, the alcohol content increases significantly. It is difficult to determine when it is time to drink...
