I haven't had much luck with Akabu's rice series, but I've heard rave reviews from colleagues at work and have high expectations.
The first sip of the cold brew was delicious! I just couldn't stop myself from saying it.
The aroma is mild, and I'm not sure what kind, but it's refreshing. No gassy feeling.
The sweetness and sourness are perfectly balanced. It is like drinking Jikin.
In the latter half, the acidity continues pleasantly, and it finishes quickly.
It is as good as it is rumored to be. It is especially great when it is cold.
