I bought Fukkai, which I liked the last time I drank it, because they have a sparkling version. I'm looking forward to it.
Nice aroma of melon. Not too strong, but refreshing and nice. The gasiness is not too strong, but it is enough for a sparkling wine.
Gentle sweetness. Of course there is an assertion of acidity, but this crisp sweetness is impressive.
The acidity is refreshing and goes down smoothly. It finishes with a delicious bitterness.
It is dry and not flashy, but the level is really high. This is a new trend in non-caps. High expectations for the future!
