The aroma is quite crisp and capricious. You may not come across this level of freshness very often. The gasiness is not so strong, which makes it more refreshing.
The sweetness is moderate and the acidity is strong. It is crisp with a sourness.
As it warms up, the acidity continues until the latter half of the bottle.
It is a delicious wine with nothing to say. I feel like I've been buying only Akabu and Senkyoku lately, but it can't be helped because they are delicious. And I bought another bottle of Akabu a few days ago.
